From the vantage point of your third level porch... with your cup of coffee or glass of wine... you have a front row seat to breathtaking sunrises and dazzling sunsets over the emerald waters of the Gulf. What a wonderful 'home base' for your family's vacation. Our brightly painted cottage-like home is located at the end of the row, and with three different porches and many windows, you will always have a changing view of the Gulf and surrounding area.
New this year the exterior has been freshly painted, and the balconies have been rebuilt. Inside, there is new carpeting, new a/c and a new refrigerator! Just last year we redecorated to include a new sleep sofa, and new terracotta tile flooring in the 'trundle' bedroom. It was also freshly painted throughout with happy cheerful colors, and warm, soothing tones in the bedrooms. It's in beautiful shape, and just waiting for you and your family!
The spacious top floor living area with access to the porch is designed with your family's comfort and needs in mind. The kitchen is large and fully stocked, including a crock pot so dinner is ready when you get home! You'll find ample seating in the dining room with a cozy bistro table in the kitchen.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a private bath with tub/jetted shower combination, two vanity sinks and a huge walk-in closet. Best of all, the bedroom has a quiet sitting area and its own private porch for those quiet moments when you just need to get away.
Facing the pool is a bedroom that features two twin beds. Designed in a fun, nautical theme it has access to a hall bathroom with shower/tub combination.
The third bedroom is on the main level and has its own private full bath, as well. It features a trundle bed that will make up to a full size bed at night. But, during the day you can fold part of it away to allow more living space.
Much of the artwork on the walls are original pieces by the owner in a style he calls 'shop art.' Be sure to check out these pieces... they are great fun!
Unlike condos with their huge parking garages and elevators, you have only to pull into your own private carport and walk a few steps to your home. Convenience plus! And speaking of convenience, once out the door you don't even need that car to enjoy a wonderful day. If you feel like hanging out, there is a private community pool right in your back yard.
Or, just across the street is a public access to 200' of vacant sugary white sandy beach. Four beach chairs and an umbrella are already provided for your convenience, and when you return there is a handy outdoor shower just to the right of the front door. No gritty sand once you're back inside!
A short walk away is Pier Park, the largest shopping center in Northwest Florida. Across Front Beach Rd from Pier Park, extending 1500 feet into the Gulf is the Dan Russell City Pier, a world class fishing pier with fabulous views and even better fishing. You can walk there, too!
Pier Park, with it's open air layout and endless shopping and restaurant opportunities will keep you entertained for a long time. It is home to familiar retailers, but also offers many small local shops with unique gifts and treasures for all. Restaurants like Margaritaville, Guy Harvey's Island Grill, Reggae J's, and many more are sure to please everyone's tastes. The complex features walking paths, a kiddies amusement park during much of the year, and specialized events, like the Summer Concert Series and Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The Grand Theatre offers 16 different theatres. If you're tired at the end of your fun day and don't want to walk, just hop on a trolley for the short ride home!
When you do want to wander further afar, you are just a very short drive to other destinations like Frank Brown Park with its baseball fields, playgrounds, fishing and picnic areas, and an aquatic center. It is also host to many fun events like the Seafood Festival, Music Fest, Thunder Beach and other annual traditions.
For a change, check out Shell Island, a natural, undeveloped island which lies between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay. It is home to one of the world's highest concentrations of bottle-nosed dolphins, and the island's pristine beauty and abundant wildlife make it an enjoyable and exciting way to spend the day.
At the end of your fun day, relax in the comforts of your vacation home. Sneak out onto your own private porch off the master bedroom... or, head back out to that same third level porch to bask in the waning sunlight. As the sea gulls soar over the sand and surf, soak in those final rays of sun and allow yourself to be mesmerized by the many fiery hues of gold, red, pink and orange as the sun sinks into the sea. Just another day in Paradise!

This cottage was wonderful and looked just like it did on the site. We had a family of seven and it was plently of room besides trundle bed room being a little small for two adults but was do able The master bedroom was wonderful and the jetted shower was wonderful. The pull out couch was nice in the living room and gave plently of room to sleep. We had everthing we needed from dishes to towels, beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids and the pool right out back. the house was really clean. We loved the location a great view of the ocean from top balcony and close to everything yet far enough away from the partying spring breakers. Pier park was just a five min walk and has everthing you could imagine there .We spent a lot of time there shopping and eating and doing activities with our kids. A pier is just a short walk down the street and gave a wonderful view and good fishing. Grocery store is just a five min drive down the road. There are a lot of steps in the cottage ,but did not hinder us at all. We would recommend this cottage to anyone it was the perfect place to stay and would stay there again. My family of 5 stayed at this cottage for Spring Break. It was a great place to stay. Very clean and very nice people to work with. We would definately recommend it if you are staying in Panama City Beach area.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hands down the best family vacation we have ever taken. It pretty well rained the entire week we were there but we had a blast just the same. We normally go to Destin Florida for vacation but since this was planned at the last minute our condo we normally stay in was booked. And thank goodness it was otherwise we never would have gotten to enjoy this awesome beach town and beautiful beach house. Carol the property manager is wonderful. From the moment I contacted her she was a godsend since we were under a time crunch. I usually have all summer to plan for vacation but with only having a week or less to get this all going I was stressing to say the least. Carol was so friendly and super fast and helpful. The house itself is perfect: it's close to EVERYTHING, you don't have to drive anywhere except for maybe the occasional run for groceries. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, and a BBQ grill so that's less you'll have to pack or purchase. It was very clean and comfortable as well. As someone mentioned earlier it's much bigger than it looks online. You have a great view of the gulf and the beach is less than a minute walk across the street. It was early August but we had the entire beach to ourselves as well as the pool, which is basically in the backyard. The most exciting part of the trip was watching the locals fish off the pier for huge sharks. That was awesome. My son caught a small shark as well so that made for one very cool memory. The home is actually bigger then the pictures make it seem. It is located in a great spot and having the pool is really convenient. My kids enjoyed being in walking distance to Pier Park and fishing off the Pier is fabulous. Be sure and read the instruction when you leave! The cleaning service charged me 50.00 extra because I didn't empty the bathroom trash and did not turn on the dishwasher. Also, I made the mistake of washing the towels, which turned them blue! I was charged for each towel, hand towel, and wash rag that I ruined. My suggestion would be to bring you own towels. The ones provided are white and if you have children, or do laundry like me, bringing your own will solve the problem. The property managers are super nice so if you have issues they are a delight to deal with. I would recommend this home for large families. It is very well maintained and you can't find a better location!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved this sweet little beach home, it was just as described, very clean, and perfectly located to everything. Our children loved walking to pier park at night and swimming in the pool. The beach is very close with only a short walk, and it was never crowded. We will definitely stay here again! The owners were great to work with!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house is just as pictured. The view of the beach and pier are beautiful; the pier and Pier park are a very short walk maybe a little more than a city block or two. The area is nice just beach homes so there are no crowds on the beach. There is a nice pool in back with restrooms, there were never many people at the pool. Beach access is right across the street, no need to bring chairs they provide chairs and beach toys even a umbrella. The second level master bedroom was a very nice retreat with a nice setting area and a private deck with a view of the Gulf . We cooked most all our meals at the house the kitchen was well equipped clean and had a great view. The home was beautiful the owners and the manager were awesome to deal with they were easy to reach and very helpful. The beach home also has internet and cable TV. The home was clean and very comfortable there are two flights of stairs, that may hinder some; but the views are worth it we spent many hours on the top deck. This area of Panama City Beach is very quite compared to other areas, easy access to stores and restaurants. We loved it !!!!!! Our family highly recommends this home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This place was wonderful. We stayed for a week with a group of five people, and it suited every need we had. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms. The location is great -- far enough from the spring break craziness that the beach is a little quieter, but close enough that there are still activities. The pictures and descriptions are perfectly accurate, the property was very clean upon our arrival, and we had no complaints about the property. Very convenient for groups or multiple couples because you don't have to worry about multiple keys -- there is a very convenient keypad system on the door. The beach was beautiful and the water was perfectly clear. Highly recommend this house! Just be prepared for spring breakers if you go to Panama City Beach during college spring break time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Coast of Florida to have the most beautiful beaches in the world. The sand is so white. Listening to the sound of the waves is music to our ears! Dave is retired and has taken up artwork. From years of doing handyman work, he knew he could use materials to create shop art. And that’s what he did! You’ll see his creative pieces throughout the house. He gets his inspiration vacationing and relaxing in his hammock! You can also check out his artwork on Facebook... Dave Bogle. Mary enjoys cooking, baking, cross stitch and gardening. Pier Park! Pier Park was under construction when we bought the house. We heard about the new airport opening in May 2010.. and it has since opened! The beach is so convenient just across the street. Love the white sand, and the colorful homes! Especially, love the view off the top balcony. Being a single family residence is a nice change from condos. We have our own carport; no need to wait on elevators.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Love it that I can walk to Pier Park when Dave has the car. And when I get done shopping and don't have a car to put all my great finds in, a trolley can take me home! Of course, we love going out for seafood and there are so many restaurants to chose from. We felt this was one of the nicest community pools we had seen, and it's never crowded.
