  Infinity Bay is in a perfect location on the West Bay, just in front of the best snorkeling. We dove every morning, and then snorkeled every afternon. The snorkeling was as good as the diving. The condo is really pretty and is nicely appointed. There was plenty of room for four adults and we were very comfortable. The owner contacted us periodically before our stay, during our stay, and after our stay to make sure everything was alright. This put our minds at ease and we knew we were going to have a wonderful vacation. Could not have asked for a more perfect trip.

  This was our second trip down to Roatan, but our 14 year old son was joining us so we arranged to rent a two bedroom condo this time. Dawn was great- she responded to every email in a timely manner, provided helpful island info, and let us known what to expect on the paypal process. The unit was in great shape. We'd stayed at Infinty Bay before, so we knew what to expect, and the two bedroom felt significantly larger than the one bedroom we'd had previously. Dawn has also installed her own wifi in the unit which was a nice improvement (and critical if you have a teen in your group). The beach/weather/atmosphere was fantastic (as expected). The one unknown for our trip was that we were there during Holy Week, and there were a significant number of people/families over from the mainland due to the school holiday. The beach had 3-4 times the number of folks during the day compared to our last trip, but the atmosphere felt festive rather than crowded and you could still walk right into any of the beachfront restaurants/bars. Dawn's unit sits behind the pool, so when we were ready to be "less-festive" the music and pool side activities weren't a distraction. It's a great island, a great beach, and a great condo. We'll be back.

  The condo and resort were beautiful. The listing description and photos were accurate. Definitely the best on West Bay. The beach and water were amazing and you can snorkel or dive right from the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful as this was our first trip to Roatan. I've already recommended to friends. We enjoyed the $5 breakfast at Celeste's as well as their fish tacos for dinner. The dive shop in the resort was great. We also enjoyed the restaurants along the beach and pizza night at PizzaRama on Monday. The pizza was really good. Tong's Thai in West End was also delicious. We took the all day boat tour around Roatan on Ray's boat (west bay adventure?). It was beautiful and had an amazing lunch on a tiny little island. Very memorable. I also enjoyed the massages on the beach and had Maurie almost every day. The people of Roatan were kind and I felt completely safe. We'll definitely be back and stay in the same condo. Thanks!

  Eventhough we all enjoyed our vacation at Infinity Bay we were sorry to see that some of the advertised amenities were not available. There is no gym, there were no kayaks and the ping pong table was broken. We were promised that kayaks would be available for 3 days but when we checked each day no kayaks had shown up. We talked to the property on-site manager and recieved assurances that kayaks were forthcoming but nothing changed. We left after a 7 day stay without having our morning rowing exercise. This was really a disappointment since we really enjoyed the rowing in the AM last year during our stay. Another drawback to this resort is the fact that when the cruise ships come in the beach becomes overwhelmed with cruise ship folks. Good for the resort, bad for the people wanting a quiet beach. The service at the beach bar became extremely slow due to all the extra people who get full use of the resort amenities. The pool is nice but the fact that children and adults are allowed to eat while in the pool created a bit of a mess. Swimming with french fries and soggy crackers is not high on my list. As to the condo there were a couple of items that needed work like the exterior patio door handle that was missing , the patio door screen that was torn and the master bath hair dryer that was missing. The furniture also smelled musty until the cleaning service came and sprayed it. In general though the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was more than adequate. The flat screen TV's in each bedroom were also nice since with 5 people in a room there was no arguing about what to watch. As to recommending this resort I would recommend it as long as you can deal with some of the inevitable issues that are created by being located on a really beautiful beach with a booming tourist trade. In general I would recommend this resort but be sure that you get what you have paid for.

We would like to point out that our listing does not indicate that there is a gym or ping pong table available, so while we appreciate that you may have missed having those amenities, they are not amenities we have suggested are onsite. When the new Administration building is completed, scheduled for November, there will be gym and spa, along with a new indoor air-conditioned restaurant, large reception area and retail shops. We are sorry that the kayaks were unavailable during your stay. Our understanding is that they have been sent out to have the seats replaced and should be available again soon. We do appreciate you letting us know about the minor repair items required in our condo. We depend on our private guests to keep us apprised of items needing attention and we have made arrangements to have these items remedied immediately. Thank you again for taking time to provide your comments and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We agree we are located on a stunning stretch of beach, second to none on Roatan.

  Roatan is simply fantastic! Dawn is a great host and provided a superior experience. She was beyond accomodating when an issue of transportation came up and made the transaction process very easy. The condo itself is well appointed. The location within the property is good. The resort is well maintained and the only issue (reception and the arrival experience) should be resolved when the new spa, restaurant and reception bldg is done. I would highly recommend Roatan, west bay and Dawn for a great vacation experience.

  We stayed in condo 1705 which was set back from the beach. It was a short walk past the pool to get to the water. We had no noise from the construction of the spa/restaurant building at all. The condo was beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures with new appliances, working AC/fans, good shower water pressure, nice view from the front balcony. We chose not to use the free shuttle from the airport, and took a taxi instead ($25) and had Adolfo (the nice driver) stop at Eldon's so we could load up on groceries. We actually arrived before the shuttle, even with the grocery stop. Registration was easy and we gave the resort a credit card to have on file for our food and drinks we ate while there. We did have some stellar meals: Creoles' Rotisserie Chicken (West End) was outstanding (don't let the appearance fool you), Banarama (West Bay) had great coconut shrimp and on Sunday night they had hermit crab races and firedancers which were awesome. We also loved our meal at Smugggler's (West Bay) -it's worth it to got just for the location-you'll just have to see it. The pad thai at Thong's in West End was the best I've ever had. We used Anthony's Key for the dolphin experience which we all loved, and Captain Brooks took my husband and son fishing. They got a beautiful mess of tuna which the resort chefs cooked for us for lunch with some rice and beans and plantains...YUMMY!! Ricardo took my 10 year old daughter scuba diving for the first time and he was fabulous and she had a blast. Yolanda and her daughter braided our hair, and Yolanda's daughter babysat for us one night. We took steel pan drum lessons at Steel Pan Alley, which was super fun for the whole family.Thanks Deborah! Dawn the owner was very easy to deal with, prompt in answering questions, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this resort, in fact I did to many of the cruise ship people that come by during the day. The only bad thing I can speak of, is that you have to be careful not to leave anything laying around, or it will get stolen. My husband's swim suit flew off the balcony and we never got it back, also I left a camera in the bathroom by the pool (on accident) for a few minutes and it was never seen from again. We also had a camera SD card and a camcorder stolen from our checked luggage on our return trip. So, just be careful and keep all electronics with you AT ALL TIMES!!! Or, you'll be like us and have no pictures whatsoever of your entire awesome vacation.

  My recent stay at Infinify Bay was a delight. The condo was even nicer than I imagined from the pictures, and the staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, beach, snorkeling and relaxing around the condo. The owner was excellent at providing all the information needed and even had some fun suggestions.   This was my 2nd trip to Roatan and my 2nd time renting this condo. The condo is very modern with a great layout (if you spend any time IN the condo). The beds are amazingly comfortable! Right off of the beach in front of Infinity Bay is the most amazing reef. It makes it easy to spend the entire day on the beach reading, sipping a drink, napping, and snorkeling in between those activites! The staff is wonderful, so accommodating with any needs. The Palapa bar/restaurant has good food, although the food doesn't seem to have "local" flavor, it's still delicious. The bar staff is fun and able to give you insights on things to do and see while you're there. Make sure you make it to West End on Thursday at the Blue Marlin if you're into karaoke...so fun!! I traveled alone and easily met people at Infinity Bay to hang out with throughout the week. I felt safe the entire time I was there (although I was cautious about how/where I spent my time after dark). There were also several children there, and it seemed like a really safe and fun place for kids to stay as well. Dawn made the process incredily easy, both times. She offers good information on local places to eat and explore. I am already planning my next vacation there!

  I work in the airline industry and have traveled to many beautiful beaches. West Bay in Roatan is my new favorite. If you love to snorkel, the reef is just off the beach. The water is crystal clear. The condo is nicely appointed and has many features you would find in a custom home. The staff at the complex are very professional and know the area very well. The owner, Dawn, was great with giving us information prior to our arrival and made renting from her very easy. I would highly recommend staying here. If you've been to Mexico, I urge you to try something new and come to Roatan and book this condo.

  We stayed at Infinity Bay 21-28 May and had an awesome time. The resort is first rate - the reef right in front of the resort is one of the best I've seen off a beach, and a local dive shop does their night dives right there off the beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable - we picked up breakfast and lunch foods from the west end mall and ate on the large balcony. We did our diving with Bananarama just a 2 minute walk down the beach. They were great. After our 2 morning dives, we'd come back and mix up tropical drinks in the blender and lay out on the beach. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Would definately stay here again!!
