  Our stay in Anna Maria Island just got better when we stayed at Randy's property. We've been going every year for the past 4 and we just can't get enough of it. Randy has been very helpful since my inquiry. He was very accommodating and warm towards us that we felt really welcome. It was also the week when Isaac was predicted to hit the gulf and Randy was our personal weatherman and he gave us continuous updates on the situation. We are so glad we went ahead with our plan instead of cancelling. The property was more than what we expected, it was very clean and cozy. Randy made sure that we got everything we need within our reach, he even had a flashlight available just in case. Thank you Randy for making our stay a memorable one!!!

  Our time at this beach cottage was fantastic! The location is perfect for relaxing at the beach, going out to eat, doing activities from the marina like snorkelling or parasailing, and some sightseeing. It is so close to everything you could need, with the bus stop just yards away as well. The property is newly renovated, decorated tastefully, and in great condition. We were so comfortable there! It is also nice to know that should a need arise (which it didn't,) the owner is on-site, friendly, and attentive. We are certainly already missing the beautiful sunsets and the gulf coast air. We will definitely return to stay at this property again!

  We were here for a month, and felt on the last day like we had just arrived - where did the time go? It could have been the trip to Mote Museum, the Ringling Circus Museum, the Railroad Museum, South Florida Museum, Pine Avenue, Columbia Restaurant, the Beach House, Sharky's in Venice, Tropicana Field - or maybe the time spent reading or on the beach. Randy, you're a great host and responsive to our few needs while we were there. We will miss you - and Big Olaf Ice Cream Shop for sure!

  This is a lovely beach cottage, well maintained and very clean. The beach is right across the street, many restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. The owner lives onsite and was very helpful during our stay. The walks on the beach in the morning are wonderful and the sunsets are beauiful. We think this is a great place.

  Randy, My stay at your cottage can only be described as "time spent in paradise." The property was pristine in all ways. I love the location as it is not necessary to rent a car if one chooses not to do so. As you probably remember, it was necessary for me to cut my visit short due to a death in the family. I cannot wait to come back and visit again!! The sunsets are addictive to a shutter-bug like me, and the sunrises were a delightful accompaniment for a morning walk/jog on the beach. I have already recommended your cottage to several friends and family members. See you again SOON in 2012 !!

  My wife and I just spent a wonderful week in this apartment. Inside, everything is exactly as described. It has everything needed for a great vacation. However, the interior pales in comparison to the location. Situated at the corner of Cortez Road and Gulf Drive, you are literally less than 100 steps to the beach. It's practically across the road from the Beach House restaurant. The Gulf Drive Cafe is a block to the north and Bridge Street is 2 blocks to the south. You can easily walk to the restaurants and bars on Bridge Street. Publix, Walgreens, and CVS are only 2 miles north. Randy, the owner, lives on the property as well, so you don't have to be concerned with any incidental maintenance issues (not that we had any). Overall, our expectations were exceeded.

  This cottage has all the components for a comfortable beach getaway! It is close to great restaurants, a walking/biking path, and most importantly the beautiful white sandy beach across the street. The street might as well not be there, given the view is so good. I had my car but there really is no need for one. You could easily get everywhere without the use of one, shopping/dining etc. I ended up staying three times longer than I had originally planned. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect relaxing getaway with a great view!

  We so enjoyed our cozy Anna Maria cottage!! Everything was new and clean and lacked for nothing! It was so convenient to have a grill available! And the location was excellent - shops, restaurants, walking path right there- and, best of all, the beautiful sandy beach just across the street! No to mention the sunsets and the dolphins!! As the owner lives on the property, he is right there to attend to any needs. We highly recommend this place! Lydia Illinois

  The perfect beach cottage! Right across the street from the most beautiful beach, not destroyed by commerical properties. Very cute and tidy, everything you would need for a comfortable stay. So convient to shopping, reatuarnts all within pleasant walking distance. Close to the pier for those who like to fish. We enjoyed getting around the island on the trolley, didn't even need the car very much. Only a short distance from beautiful and fun Sarasota. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back!

  Very clean and everything you need to relax and enjoy the gulf. Walk along the gulf shore during the days and watch the sunsets in the evening. Big variety of meals within walking distance. We stayed a week and wanted more. We'll be back!

  Location, Location, Location...this is the prefect location! Everything you could want is within walking distance. Just a stroll across the street and you are at the beach.....amazing sunsets. Several dining choices, just a short walk away. The accommodations are very nice! This is a great destination for relaxation... no other place I'd rather be!
