River Glen condo description
Welcome to our mountain home; we call it the Tree House: luxuriant living, nestled in the pines on 10 mile creek, a block off Main street in Historic Frisco, steps to the bus route and bike paths and in the heart of Ski Country. Our 2 bedroom River Glen home could be the best of all worlds and great vacation rental choice for you, whether couples or families; even bring Fido if you want. And, we're featuring special rates for stays of 30+ days. Interested? Here’s a word picture, so read on ….
BEST OF ALL WORLDS: Our luxuriant 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1100 sq ft Tree House condo features luxuriant appoints, private Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, HD-TV entertainment center and free WIFI, is fully furnished, properly equipped, and tastefully appointed to be the perfect home away from home.
*Just 90 minutes from Denver’s DIA and less than a mile off I-70, the Tree House is at the epicenter of more skiing within 30 minutes than anywhere else in North America. Just 100 yards (a chip shot?) from Frisco’s historic Main Street and free Summit Bus stop, you’ll be in the heart of ski country, yet tucked away in the pines on 10 mile creek and as private as it gets.
*The transition begins as you enter the River Glen enclave, pass by the Clubhouse with its sauna, public hot tub and work out room, and up, across the Swiss Family Robison – like walkway through the trees, to your home away from home. Look back through the trees to majestic mountain views dominated by majestic Mount Royale.
*LET'S TAKE A WORD-PICTURE TOUR: Once across the walking bridge and through the trees:
**You’ll transition from there, to here as you cross the threshold to your Tree House available to those who are appreciative, for stays from a few days, to a few months at rates that correspond.
**Stash your gear in the entry way and segue into the fully appointed and oversized kitchen designed to be the entertainment center (doesn’t everyone always end up hanging in the kitchen?) that opens into the combined dining and living rooms, back dropped by a wall of over 30 windows that overlook Ten Mile Creek and seem to put the river right in your lap.
**Continue on to the River Room or veer right past the fireplace and entertainment center, into a private Jacuzzi room and through the French doors onto the private deck above Ten Mile Creek, that doubles as very own personal “water feature”.
**Or from the living center, go hard right through the custom made contemporary barn doors to the master suite, dominated by a plush queen sized sleep number bed and mirrored headboard (!) and private bath. Here, it’s all about cozy, for those who appreciate creature comforts or just like to stay in bed.
**The Tree House offers contemporary luxury and award winning design in a rustic mountain setting, appointed with lots of creature comforts, select comfort (sleep number) beds and cushy linens, private Jacuzzi room, fireplace, entertainment center with HD Sony Bravia HD cable, LQ stereo/DVD and modest library of DVD’s and vacation reading (PG – thru R).
**For us, our vacations are not just trips, they represent a state of mind; not just recreation, but re-creation; not just about going to the mountains, but about getting away from the urban mania of your every day life. We built, designed and appointed our unit and use it ourselves, but share it with others of a similar mindset too. If you qualify, check the reservation calendar and Rate Schedule, and ping us a note; we’ll see what we can work out.
ALL THINGS TO ALL PEOPLE? We're Trying to be for sure!
Families: Big and Small: The Master with its Select Comfort Queen and River Room with it’s two extra long Select Comfort twins (River Room windows all have privacy shades). Add an optional queen air bed and you can get to 6. Additionally, kids can hang out in the living area, use the Clubhouse and it’s public hot tub, or take advantage of Main Street retail, shopping and dining. The free public shuttle allows folks to come and go as they chose, using the Tree House as base camp for all that Ski the Summit has to offer.
Couples: We recommend two couples, each with their own bedroom/bathroom. Just one couple? Fine ! Use the Master for sleeping, the River Room for reading/lounging or extra gear, and take advantage of the privacy and unique atmosphere for some fun “date night..” with someone special; here the private Jacuzzi tub off the Master becomes an especially nice amenity.
Fido: For some, leaving Fido at home is not an option, so we’ll oblige. Just tee it up as part of your reservation request and we’ll work it out under terms better than doggie day care, and leave the option to you.

Perfect Location for Skiing
Perfect Location for Skiing
We stayed here for a ski trip and truly enjoyed the property. This condo is a short drive from all of the major ski resorts in the area. Also, it is walking distance from many of the restaurants in Frisco. The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. Though the outdoor hot tub is public, we always had it to ourselves. We had a great time here and can't wait to go back sometime!

Great for Ski Trip
Great for Ski Trip
This condo was perfect for me and my friends. We skied Vail, Copper, and Keystone so the public hot tub downstairs came in really handy at the end of each day. The location of the condo meant that we were only 15 minutes away from each resort. You'll also be within walking distance to Frisco's Main Street which had plenty of great restaurants/bars. I highly recommend renting this property.

Great Location, Great Condo!
Great Location, Great Condo!
We stayed here for the ski season and highly recommend the Tree House to everyone! The owners take great care of the condo. From the jacuzzi and the fireplace to the high-speed Internet and renovated bathrooms everything was quality and designed for ease of use. Small things added to our stay. For example, plenty of towels were provided and there were reading lights by all the beds! The location is perfect for outdoor activities. The bus to Copper Mountain is a block away and the one to Breck is 6 blocks. Dining and shopping are just down the street. Even though the stream off the balcony was frozen when we were here, it would offer a peaceful setting in warmer weather. If you are looking for an attractive and quiet condo in Summit County, the Tree House fits the bill!
