This beautifully decorated and air conditioned apartment is equipped with your comfort in mind. Here, you will find everything you need to make you feel like you are in your home away from home. The living room offers a flat screen television set with cable and DVD player. There is WiFI throughout the unit and unlimited local telephone calls. In the kitchen, you will find everything from dinnerware to a wide variety of cooking utensils. There is a spacious master bedroom with full bathroom and the guest room has two twin beds. There is another full bathroom in the hallway. Also in the hallway, you will find a closet with the washer and dryer. The unit is also equipped with a safe.
This beautiful building which was completed in 2010, offers many amenities including a swimming pool, outdoor grill, exercise room and meeting room all located on the roof level where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the city of Santiago as well as the majestic Andes Mountains.

My husband and I stayed a week at this well maintained and clean apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with Cuisinart cookware and sharp knives. Something that is sometimes hard to find in a rental. The quality bed linens and blankets were great. The coded entry lock was especially useful and we never needed to have any keys!!! Santiago Metro is the best in the world and we never had to wait more than 1 minutes for a train. Our two favorite places to visit are the Mercado Central and Los Dominicos Artist Market.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

My wife and a friend and I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights in April. It was as described on the site. The booking and payment process were straightforward. the apartment was kept clean and there was a bottle of wine for us to enjoy! Very centrally located near Los Leones subway station, and various shops and restaurants. i would definitely consider staying there again if I make it back to Santiago. My friends and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for three nights, and it was just as described and pictured. Eddie and Danilo were very helpful in answering questions, and providing information. They keep the apartment clean and well-maintained, and it is centrally located (close to everything--subway, restaurants, grocery store, mall to name a few). Further, the concierge of the building is extremely helpful, and is a great source of information. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends, and I would stay here again when I go back to Santiago. Our family of 5 stayed at this property for 1 week while visiting family. We found the apartment very clean and well equipped with the things needed to prepare meals. It was well located so that transportation via the metro was easily accessible, and groceries were right across the street. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The apartment was quiet at night, and there was always plenty of hot water. Eddie and Danilo were both a pleasure to deal with, and the call during our stay was appreciated. We will be travelling to Santiago again next year and will look forward to coming back to your property! The 2 bedroom apartment was a great place to stay. Very clean and confortable, everything that you need is around, subway, mall, grocery stores. the apartment is well equipped, and mainteined. Eddie and Daniel were very friendly and on top of things, it was a great pleasure to find this lovely apartment. I highly recommended this property, and i hope to use it in my next trip =). My husband, 12 year old daughter and I had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The place was clean, modern, convenient, and well-located. My daughter and I most enjoyed experiencing life in downtown Santiago as locals (or as to to locals as possible). The owners were responsive and helpful. We recommend the place for those who will enjoy downtown living and a closer experience of local life in Santiago.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

My family of four stayed in this apartment for three nights and had a fantastic time.It was very clean and looked just as it appears in the pictures. It is somewhat compact but has an effiecient floor plan. My family of four definitely had enough space. It is in a great location, very close to everything: shops, grocery stores, restaurants, metro. We felt very safe in this building which has a great staff. I'd like to thank Eddie and Danilo for letting us stay here and also their fantastic apartment in Vina. I was nervous about renting thru VRBO and they were very patient answering all my questions. We had a great time in Chile and I am so happy I chose to rent from them rather than a hotel room.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Our family of four enjoyed a great stay in this fantastic, modern apartment in Santiago. It is well furnished with great sheets and towels. There are a few kitchen basics provided, including coffee, tea, sugar, etc. There was even a welcome bottle of wine! The neighborhood was nice with lots of restaurants and stores close by. It was a great location to start our exploration of the city. The subway is super close to the apartment. I loved that there was a great welcome letter with lots of information, plus maps and travel guides. All my interactions with Eddie were great. He always responded promptly to emails and also called to make sure we had settled in safely. Loved staying here, would absolutely return.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

The apartment is in a perfect location, within blocks of good restaurants, including vegan, and good shopping. The subway station is across the street. It is very safe. There is a concierge who is very helpful. The view from the apartment overlooks the street and is pleasant. The view from the pool overlooks the city and the Andes and is breathtaking. The apartment is clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved that the grocery store was right across the street so we could easily buy things to cook at home. It's a $6000 peso taxi ride from the bus station, about $15000 (varied by taxi) from the airport. Stay clear of the taxi service inside the airport before you get out of the door. They are more expensive. The owners of the apartment were very pleasant and prompt with responses. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
