  We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Very nicely furnished and a superb view of the Victoria harbor and downtown area. The condo worked great for our family great away to meet our daughter and son that are attending school in Victoria. The location is ideal for access to the downtown amenities as well as getting around the greater Victoria area. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze. Thanks Jane for allowing use the opportunity to use this wonderful condo.

  Six of us came to Victoria to celebrate my in-laws' 80th birthdays. The penthouse is perfectly located, immaculately clean, very comfortable with great views and a well stocked kitchen. Great restaurants and bakery within walking distance, and the "green" building was an added, unexpected bonus! Highly recommended!

  A group of 5 of us (all adults) recently stayed here for 3 nights and we cannot say enough positive things about this condo. It’s bright and beautifully furnished. All three beds were very comfortable and with 3 televisions everyone could watch their favorite channel. Another option was to step out onto one of the balconies or walk up to the rooftop deck if we desired some quiet time and scenic views. The Westside shopping center for groceries, beer and wine is less than two blocks away and the grocery store is open at 7:00 am, so it is available for last minute needs. We did not use the gym but it did not seem to lack in equipment or space. This condo is located across the Johnson Street bridge from downtown and is probably less than 2 miles from a number of outstanding restaurants. Jane met us the afternoon we arrived to orient us as to the security system and parking (both building and parking are only accessed by key cards) and got us off to a great start. We would highly recommend this condo to families or for groups like ourselves.

  The condo was within walking distance to downtown Victoria but still a bit of a walk (15-20 minutes). It was great for us since we ate and drank like rock stars and needed to burn off a few calories. The condo itself was very spacious and just lovely. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and watched a sunset. Both bedrooms had their own connected bathroom and worked extremely well. Jane could not have been more pleasant and the condo was spotless!!! It was great to have private underground secure parking and felt safe leaving golf clubs in the car rather than dragging them into the condo. We didn't cook but it was equipped with spices, etc for those wanting to. I would highly recommend this property. We would stay there again for sure. Thanks, Jane!!!!

  We have used HomeAway to find apartments all over the US/Canada/Europe. Our family of four felt that this apartment was one of the nicest we have rented! We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Victoria. The owner's son met us at the property and gave us a thorough tour of the condo, how to use the appliances, parking garage, door security, etc., as well as a quick orientation of the city and activity ideas. We had an easy stroll to downtown and especially enjoyed the organic bakery around the corner. The condo itself is very nicely furnished and well equipped with modern, eco-friendly finishings. We would definitely stay here again.

  It accommodated 5 adults very well (our family attended a UVIC graduation). Jane was excellent to work with in every respect. The condo itself is wonderfully appointed and we heartily concur with the previous glowing reviews of others who have stayed here. It is as described. Keying in on a few items: 1) The use of the fitness centre is a real bonus. 2) The location is +++ as it is an easy walk to the Inner Harbour and downtown and has U/G secure parking included and has none of the noise that a downtown location provides at closing time from the many pubs and nightclubs. 3) The shopping mall across the street has all the essentials including a supermarket, pharmacy and postal outlet, Starbucks, and Spinnakers Specialty Spirits Outlet. 4) The Galloping Goose Trail goes right by. 5) A BBQ is available on the main balcony (not common in Victoria). Having a morning cup of coffee on the rooftop enjoying the morning sun is a wonderful way to start a day. We highly recommend this condo for any discerning traveller.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here late last spring. Everything that a traveller needs was at our fingertips, and the view was simply gorgeous. The unit was spotless, quiet and very spacious. A really nice bonus was the cafe/bakery that is tucked beside the water feature of the building. We are already looking forward to another visit!

  I will start out saying although the photos on this site are beautiful, they do not do it justice. The view from this condo is mesmerizing. This was a girls getaway for me and my two girlfriends as we gracefully all turned 50 and wanted an adventure. A lot of thought has gone into the amenities, the huge BBQ grill on the patio, the high grade appliances, the well organized pots,pans,plates and glasses. Although we did not have time in our busy schedule to enjoy the gym downstairs it did look very clean and well maintained. Jane was more than helpful when my flight was delayed and needed her help, she made this one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family and I would love to come back again and again. Jane, thank you again for your graciousness and hospitallity. Louise, Lisa and Brenda.

  The view was better then we thought it was going to be. Very clean and they had everything we needed. The owner met us and was so helpful and showed us how everything worked. Very comfortable and accessible to everything. I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives Went zip lining in Sooke, that was so much fun and not a far drive at all..

  My husband, mother, and I stayed for the month of March and enjoyed the condo very much. The listing description and photos accurately reflect the appearance of the condo and it's amenties. We particularly appreciated how well the kitchen was equipped, the overall cleanliness of the condo, and quiet building. The location was very good. While we had a vehicle we try to walk most places and found that we enjoyed the gorge walk, the short walk to the inner harbour, and the walk downtown. A good grocery store is right across the street and a very nice bakery/coffee shop is next door. The owner was very helpful, well organized and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this condo to friends and family without hesitation.

  The condo was EXCELLENT - very clean & well maintained. It is also very well appointed with all te amenities one needs for an enjoyable stay. Location of the condo is excellent - 15 minute walk to downtown for shopping, dining and sight seeing along the inner harbour. The owner was helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay and would certainly recommend this condo to others. The listing information accurately represented the facility and location. However, the view photos better represented the view from the roof top patio than from the condo.

  This lovely condo was far better than a luxury hotel!! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and what a fantastic view! Better yet, it was within walking distance to the Inner Harbor. We took a morning stroll to check out the restaurants close by and the wharf. You can basically walk all over town. The area is very, very safe (although the condo is extremely secure as well). A supermarket and a nice wine and liquor store (Spinnakers) is right across the street. We found ourselves having the majority of our meals in the condo -- that way we could enjoyed the view and could also bbq right on the patio (a lot of the restaurants are quite pricey). We also had access to the rooftop -- WOW what a view!! This owner provided not only all the comforts of a home, but a ton of tourist information including restaurant menus. Now that's convenience!!! Can't wait to go back!

  Immaculate condo, very well furnished to a very high standard. Location was excellent only a 15 minute walk to the restaurants etc in Victoria. During the day there was the convenience of the water bus which stopped minutes away from property. Information provided regarding restaurants and attractions was very informative. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you Jane

It is just a 15 minute walk into the centre of the city or easy bus or ferry ride to the middle almost from the doorstep. The flat is full of light with views around, not quite of the Empress hotel and Parliament house but Washington state hills form the backdrop beautifully.   The listing description and photos of this condo did not do it justice; the condo, is extremely well kept and stocked with housekeeping items. It is in a superb location for enjoying the wonderful city of Victoria; either walking over the bridge or driving. We found it to be a lovely retreat to return to after a day of sightseeing.   If you’re considering a trip to Vancouver Island and would like to make Victoria your base, then look no further; this condo is for you! I am a real fussy traveller and cannot tolerate ineptness most of the time, especially when it comes to accommodation. My motto … do as you say. This condo is well appointed and does its advertisement justice, so say no more ……..but let’s say some more. Leave your vehicle parked, it is situated a short walk to downtown; this is good for the health of all and sundry, especially walking off that late evening dinner which you partook of at one of the many eateries around the city – your end. The condo block is situated directly opposite a shopping mall, including a large supermarket; very handy. Leisurely enjoy a homemade breakfast staring out of the windows of the 8th floor, or sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views. The whole area and the condo block are secure, and we felt safe at all times. Take advantage of the gym on the ground floor if you’re into that grievous bodily harm thing. Getting around to experience the many attractions around Victoria will tire you out, and you will look forward to return to the comfort of your condo. Also do venture further afield out of Victoria; we were glad we did. We certainly enjoyed our long weekend here, and the benefits of the condo played a great part in that. So thank you to the hosts.

  My son & I stayed at the condo while we searched the city for a place for my son to rent while he attends Royal Roads University. We found the condo to be a great place to come home to after a busy day. It is bright, clean, comfortable & well stocked with spices, teas, coffee, etc. The location is perfect for going for walks or driving out toward Sooke, or a quick drive over the bridge into the heart of Victoria. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

  The property was modern and very clean. There were three flat screen TVs and sufficient cable stations. It was well funished and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessaries. The main balcony had a table, four chairs amd a propane barbecue. There was a strip mall with a full size supermarket, a starbucks, chinese restaurant and other fast food stores less than a block away. The walk to the inner habour was approx. 20 minutes and restaurants across the Johnson Street Bridge were closer. The owner was available and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to others.

  We had an excellent experience staying at this unit - it was very comfortable, well provided and immaculate. The location in Vic West was very convenient to downtown and had a choice of coffee shops, groceries and amenities right out the door. The view from the patios was an added bonus! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

  My husband and I went with 3 friends to Victoria for a long weekend and stayed at this condo. The condo was immaculate and the linens were wonderfully luxurious. The actual unit and the rooftop deck had amazing views of downtown Victoria. It was within a mile of almost everything we wanted to see and do in Victoria. The owners left a great booklet of things to do with restaurant and shopping advice. This is definitely somewhere we would stay again in the future and recommend to our friends and family.

  We enjoyed the condo and location. Convenient to downtown, grocery store and many trails for walking. The condo is very well furnished and equipped, very comfortable, a very quiet building and location. We have stayed at many good condos in Victoria and this has been the best overall. Highly recommend it and the owners were excellent with their management. A & C, Alberta

  The picture shows exactly what you are getting and more! Environmentally friendly building with high end furniture, kitchen equipment, flat screened TVs... Everything was new, clean and yet comfortable. When we arrived their was some organic coffee, chocolate and crackers for us which was a nice touch. What we really like was the convenience of the location, Save-on-Foods grocery store, liquor store, everything is at walking distance. Sadly we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop deck since it was raining, but hopefully we will be able to get back in the summer and enjoy it. This is a place I would recommend to anyone that is coming to visit Victoria!

  On our honeymoon we wanted something special*. And walking distance to the delights of town. W O W ! talk about exceeding expectations... This is luxury at a modest price, MUCH better than a tiny expensive hotel room. Tastefully decorated with all mod cons, a private gym ( well, I was the only one there every time I visited), and VIEWS forever... Spotlessly clean and well presented, even better than the pics! We highly recommend ......... for your next Victoria visit.

  This is a lovely condo that is in excellent condition. It was quiet and very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out in. It has gorgeous views of the mountains and downtown harbor. It is very centrally located for all you might want to do well visiting Victoria besides having stores and restaurants within easy walking distance of the condo. We had our own vehicle and loved having the secure off street parking. We would definitely recommend this to friends and relatives visiting Victoria. We would definitely consider staying here again if it is available the next time we visit.
