We have nothing but raves for our time in this unit. The location is close to everything we love about the New Smyrna area - near wonderful restaurants, the non driving area of the beach and direct oceanfront. The pictures don't do justice to the comfort that we experienced with the furnishings provided and all the utensils when we chose to cook at the unit. Having a washer and dryer were a plus, plus for me. I have no reservation in recommending rental of this little piece of heaven and would be there again this year if not for family obligations. My loss is certainly someone else's gain!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
