Suitable for mobility impaired guests. Come and relax at our cozy and private home. You will be in a prime spot to travel with ease as well as enjoying easy access to both Seattle as well as the Tacoma/Olympia area. In 5 minutes, you will be in the heart of the Kent /Green River Valley industrial area. Perfect for people with business in South King County or Seattle.
The home is at the end of a cul de sac and is set back off of the road. Very quiet.
Master Bedroom
The queen sized select comfort bed includes a cushy memory foam mattress topper. Side tables and lamps on both sides of the bed offer a great setup for reading in bed. The spicy blend of yellows and reds create an inviting atmosphere. The electric fireplace will create both warmth and atmosphere in your master bedroom retreat.

The location was fantastic. It was centrally located within the Sea-Tac area, nearby amenities and access to major thoroughfares. The house was set-back from the street in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The view out back was amazing & peaceful. The house was well stocked beyond our basic needs. As such, we were able to entertain others as if we were in our own home. Everything was is good working order. The owners bent over backwards to take care of us before, during and after our stay. The house is set-up for a young family, complete with games and toys. Even so, we were able to relax in a formal setting with books in front of a glowing fire in the fireplace. We are originally from the Sea-Tac area with friends and family still thriving there. We will definitely re-rent this house for future visits and recommend it to other's.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

My girlfriend and i along with her daughter and son stayed here for 4 days in Nov / Dec. We were here from California for her sons wedding . We could not have asked for a more relaxing place to stay . The location is so peaceful and quiet , and having a fireplace in the family room to stay nice and warm was great. The owners were very easy to work with and get info. from . We have stayed in other VRBO properties , but this was the best so far. Would highly recommend staying here , and we will be back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were there for a week. Very comfortable house in a quiet corner of a nice neighborhood. All the comforts of home. Nice place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Convenient to shopping, freeways, airport, etc. 25 minutes to downtown Seattle (not counting traffic). Best property for the money by far. Not real well suited for 4 senior adults (bunk beds are more for kids or young adults). Would be great for a family with a couple of kids.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We were in Washington for our daughter's wedding and decided to try VRBO instead of a traditional hotel. Turned out to be a fantastic solution for our week-long stay! Cozy in Kent is a nice private home that's convenient to shopping, freeways, Starbucks ... just about everything we needed. The view out the back was beautiful. Hopefully next time we're there, it'll be warm enough to enjoy the deck! Additionally, the well-stocked kitchen was easy to cook in. We really had a nice time. I spent ALOT of time researching, and i found the price was definitly right! My wife and I had a very comfortable stay, and enjoyed all the amenities they offered. DVD player and TV provided some entertainment, and the washer dryer gave us a chance to catch up on errands. My only suggestion for renters is plan ahead and ask questions. The owners responded reasonably fast, but mostly through email, which was hard for me because i'm an on the fly kind of guy. I recommend it for any one tired of blowing money on cheap hotel rooms.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I loved staying at this nome! It was indeed "cozy," with comfortable, relaxing furniture and nice nature views from the kitchen, dining room, family room and bedrooms. The property was very clean and well-maintained.The backyard faces a large, undeveloped green area with a small lake in the distance - we enjoyed sitting out on the back porch facing this relaxing view. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac...very nice for me and my family because we dislike traffic noise. The owner was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Cozy Kent and look forward to staying there again on my next visit to the Seattle area.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We stayed at Cozy in Kent last May. Our neice was getting married in Seattle, and we lived having our "own place" while there. We has guests over for a BBQ and everything we needed was there. Our kids loved having their own room and enjoyed the toys (robots!) and movies, as well as running around the backyard. For the price, we could not have done better. Mynhusband is quite picky, and even he was satisfied. So much nicer than staying on a hotel!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We stayed for a week as the first guest of this lovely home. I was there for business and my spouse had some time off. The home is warm and inviting and super quiet. The TV room is so comfortable, I could have slept there! Very easy to get into Seattle and to meetings at Boeing. Also, being near Ikea, I loved the chance to shop a little bit. We had guests two of the nights and made a great dinner party. The kitchen not only has a great table but there are counter stools, so we all stood around and had a great time. We'll be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
