  Bring your binoculars for beautiful views. Room has everything you need and then some. Tower 1 pool is convenient was not crowded. Bring your headsets for music....the pool's music is boom..boom..boom.Not for us. Overall a great time and rental experience. Owner purchased tickets for us to Love show at the Mirage. 2nd row seats....fantastic show !

  I am from Minnesota and just finished another 3 month Winter stay in the Penthouse Jr. suite.I had a great time and have signed up for 3 more months next Winter. You cannot beat this unit for convenience to everything,fantastic view,spacious luxury room with kitchenette and a very reasonable price.The owner keeps the room very clean and lives nearby so she can tend to any problems that may arise. I have never had any problems with the room during my last two stays here.I love the large extended balcony . It is substantially larger than the standard size balconies and is furnished with a very nice dinette set.. You have a ceiling overhead so you can still have cocktails or eat meals out there even if it is raining.The unit faces West so you have some awesome sunsets and a great view of the strip and mountains. There is so much to see and do in Las Vegas and it is great not being right in the main Casino Hotel with all the crowds..I would highly recommend this Penthouse to anyone.

  Sorry for the late review, but it was a perfect experience. The location was perfect for the Dance Nationals being held at the convention center. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to have all the cleaning, towels and cooking supplies. Even though it's a Jr. Suite it has plenty of room for a family of 4. We never felt crowded at all and we were there for a week. The pools are great too! The grounds are kept nice and clean. Definitely a great place to stay :):)

  Booked both Jr. Suites for my Son's 21st Birthday and we stayed for a week...the rooms were FABULOUS! We sat on the balcony overlooking the strip, loads of extra towels and lovely robes in the bathroom and a kitchen area that has everything you need to prepare light meals. Our rooms were supplied with coffee, tea, sugar, cream, which we enjoyed every morning before heading out for the day's adventure...no $4+ Starbucks for us! For a $30 fee, the owner arranged to have a Happy Birthday mylar balloon bouquet waiting in my son's suite (I just had to pay the cost of the balloons $7.00), she took me grocery shopping at Von's (which also had a liquor store!) then helped me bring everything back to our suites. She even used her Von's Customer Card so I got the discounted prices (saved over $40!). For an additional $30 service fee per show, the Owner purchased discounted Terry Fator and KA tickets for us. We had awesome seats and even with the $30 service fee, we saved more than we would have if we purchased from 1/2 Price Tickets! I am recommending this Owner's units to ALL my friends!!! VIVA LAS VEGAS!

  My husband and I have been to Vegas 10 times and stayed in 9 different hotels prior to this visit. We enjoyed how clean, quiet, and private this suite was. It is exactly as pictured! Each day, we were able to stay in the suite as long as we wanted - undisturbed by housekeeping. We enjoyed having meals on the balcony. We used the shopping service provided by the owner, and were delighted to have a fully-stocked kitchen upon arrival! The Signature property is immaculately maintained and the staff is friendly and accomodating. We would definitely return and highly recommend this suite to others!

  This was the prefect place it was everything you need .The kitchen is great for getting up in the morning and making breakfast, and having meals in to save money. It is close to the strip but keeps you out of the hotels with casinos, that is perfect. thanks for renting to us have already told people thats the place to stay, sure will come back.!!!!

  Our stay in this penthouse suite was just as we expected: the proximity to the strip was just right; the accommodations were excellent and just as described; we were greeted by the owner on arrival and the valets took care of our vehicle during our stay. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the strip. We will definitely rent this suite or the adjacent suite on future trips.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  The condo was a great place to stay - having a balcony was a bonus to enjoy your cocktails in the evening and night view of the strip. The unit was well stocked with coffee, tea, shampoo, soap, towels - just everything you could desire along with being very clean and quiet. It was a short indoor walk to the MGM Grand Casino. Would highly recommend it to others and would love to return some day.
