  Spent a nice couple of days here with some family. The owner was very communicative throughout the whole process and quick to respond to emails. The place is located on the 3rd floor of the building with elevator and stairs access down the hall. The unit was very clean. All of the kitchen amenities were available including plates, mugs, glasses, silverware and pots and pans for cooking. Clean towels, fresh sheets, and comfortable beds greeted us at night. The patio has a nice view of Leavenworth and of the snow topped mountains that surround you at every turn. The building is near the Wenatchee river and waterfront park which has nice trails which snake through the length of the town. My only negative feedback would be of the Adventure Inn across the street. They have live music from about 2PM to 10PM (at least they did when we were there). The music ranged from folk and blues to rock. This may be a plus or minus depending on your musical preferences and/or the talent of the musicians playing. Not a bad experience, but it can offset the quiet mountain setting. Overall it was a great stay. Highly recommended.

  We stayed in this condo for a week over Christmas and it was absolutely perfect! The location really can't be beat for proximity to the downtown shopping and dining area. We were sharing a car with relatives that live in the area, but we always found that it was easier to park their car in the garage and walk together than for them to park on the main drag. The condo is decorated in a style that makes you feel very cozy and the little fireplace keeps you toasty warm. The balcony is truly amazing. It was below freezing and we still bundled up and sat outside with our wine at night because the view was so lovely (those lap blankets were the perfect addition!). My only negative would be the water heater. For whatever reason it was really difficult to maintain hot water - sometimes even for the 1st or 2nd person taking a shower. If you have a group - be warned that you'll have to stagger your showers or take a cold dip. Otherwise it was perfection! Thank you to the owner for making this place available for rental!

  Great location. Close to the center of everything with a nice view of the mountains. The condo is well furnished and comfortable. We will be back, maybe in the winter to see the snow. Icicle Brewery was very good. The neaby waterfront park was a reelaxing place to wander and ponder. Thanks Chris. You and Camie made this a simple and enjoyable process.

  Two couples stayed in the condo and were very comfortable: cozy beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely view and the easiest access to town ever made this place a dream to stay in. Very well organized system for checking in and the building was very quiet to stay in. We will be back!

  Awesome Condo, could not say enough good things about our stay. It was super clean, like new, very luxurious! Amazing location with private secure parking. We will be staying here again, that's for sure.

  I apologize for it taking me so long to do this, but I want to thank you profusely for the opportunity to stay at your condo. It was AMAZING! We had such a wonderful, relaxing time, and its location next to the park and river was an added bonus! It is a beautiful condo, that I am enthusiastically recommending to anyone going to Leavenworth. Thank you again! It was a wonderful memory!

  I did extensive research on places to stay in Leavenworth as I had not been here before. I looked high and low until I came across this condo of Chris's. The attention to detail of amenities, location, and thorough cleanliness was excellent! The pictures were the real deal. I knew exactly what I was purchasing for the weekend. I love to cook and the kitchen was huge and well equipped. It would be great for families as well. Chris had all info relayed appropriately as far as codes, parking, etc. Made it seamless at arrival. And being RIGHT down town, it couldn't be more appropriate to enjoy what Leavenworth has to offer as a quant get away. As much as I want to keep this place a secret in hopes it won't be booked next time we come, if you find yourself reading this review, take it from a complete stranger as a testimonial to what an all around great spot it is. I used the opportunity to get engaged here and the memories will last forever! Thanks for everything! We will indeed be back.

  I would definitely recommend this property to anyone hoping to stay in the heart of Leavenworth (the condo is less than a block from everything). The condo was just as attractive in person as it is in the featured photos, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Chris was great to work with, providing detailed instructions on entering/exiting the building that came in handy. (As an example of Chris's helpfulness, when we arrived late on Friday evening, we couldn't find towels - I sent Chris a text message at 10:00pm and he answered back immediately.) We hope to visit again this summer - again, would definitely recommend!!

  This place is fabulous! We booked it at the last minute and Chris was great to work with. The condo is gorgeously decorated and perfect for our small group of five. The location can't be beat - off the main drag so it's quiet enough but everything in town is within a couple of blocks walking distance. The view from the balcony is breathtaking - I'd love to come back in the summer. Our 13 year old son liked it so much he thinks we ought to come stay here as a family tradition every year! (P.S. - We left our laptop in the condo by accident and Chris had arrangements made with friends of ours to get it back to us within minutes of our arrival home!)
