Come on down and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with its white sugar sandy beaches, tropical ocean breezes and awesome sunsets at Sugar Beach Condominium. This complex is one of the area’s most popular, affordable and clean low-rise (3 stories) condominium complexes. It offers the amenities of the big condo developments at an affordable price.
Our unit is on the third floor and is newly remodeled, immaculately clean and well equipped. We have remodeled everything from floor to ceiling. We have new flat screen televisions with DVD players. This lovely townhouse has a large bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, full bath with separate powder room and walk-in closet. There is also a full-size futon in that bedroom that will sleep two. Downstairs has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with a queen sofa sleeper that has an eight inch mattress instead of the standard three inch, a full bath and washer/dryer. We can sleep six guests with no problem. Although the view from our balcony is limited, we have a wonderful sun deck where you can enjoy coffee in the morning, a cool drink in the afternoon or a beautiful sunset in the evening as you enjoy watching the waves roll up on the beach.
For those who come to unwind but not unplug altogether, we have wireless internet that is totally free to our guests.
Our complex has tennis and shuffle board courts and a Sugar Shack that is open daily from spring break until Labor Day for snacks and drinks of all kinds. You don't have to go back to your room for a restroom stop, we have restrooms available beach side. We even host four pools for our guests. One is seen as you walk to our condo. It has a beautiful lounging area that faces the beach but you are a story up so you can see the entire beach. One is called the kids pool and it is for all of the small ones in your family. One pool is heated during the cool months. There are no other complexes that can boast about having four pools designed for every age group. Our complex is very well kept, so that you will enjoy beautiful landscaping and, of course, the glorious beach. We also offer security at our gate so that if you don't belong there you are not allowed to park in our covered garage.
We are very close to all grocery stores, parasailing and wave runner rentals, amusement parks, shopping and great places to eat. Right across the street from the complex is 'Steamed Shrimp and Crabs To Go.' It is delicious food for you to carry back to the condo and enjoy a meal with your family at the sundeck which has a picnic area and a fabulous view of the ocean.
We spared nothing but the best for our guests when we remodeled this condo. You will not want to go home. Our rates are so reasonable that you will want to tell all of your friends. Our complex is very family oriented and we have four stainless steel grills and picnic tables for you to enjoy your meals if you would like to eat there. Book early so that you can get the dates that you would like. Our condo will stay booked up during the peak season!
We also own another condo that is a two bedroom & two bath unit at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club. It is also on VRBO and the VRBO number is 327491.

My family had the best vacation ever at Sugar Beach this year. The townhouse was so beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. It was really clean as well. The complex had so much to offer and our kids swam in all 4 of the pools until they were exhausted every day. We plan to go back next summer.Did you find this review helpful? Perfect! The price was affordable and great for a family of 3! Very nice, clean and cozy place! Felt like a true home away from home! The veiw is a little limitied, however you could still see the ocean and even feel the breeze at times! This was a truly memorable experience! Loved watching my 3 year old on the beach for the first time! Very family friendly place............LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

My daughters and i had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach. The rental we stayed in was perfect - balcony with a wonderful view of the beach and the waves ~ close enough to clearly hear the sound of the waves! The property has continual security on duty, so i felt very comfortable being "just us girls". The beach was so very nice~ the sand truly did look and feel like "Sugar"! I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a wonderful family vacation, whether their family is younger, or older. We are hoping to return to Orange Beach again! Loved the location ~ it was very easy to find good food, fun shopping, and the stores we frequent for grocery and household items. This was a perfect "Senior Trip" for my daughters!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family just returned from our super vacation at Sugar Beach. What a great place!! The condo was really nice we had just the right space for us!! We took our grandaughter to the beach for the first time- she didn't want to leave!!!! Condo is really decorated nice and the upstairs with the futon was perfect for our grandaughter to sleep on. Sugar Beach has a great location. And we so loved the Sugar Shack for during the day no running back up for lunch - just got it right there! Owners were so easy to work with!! Can't wait to go back Sue!!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I can't recommend this condo enough. It was decorated so cute and exceptionally clean. My family had a wonderful vacation. The complex had so many amenities with 4 pools, poolside restrooms, the Sugar Shack for snacks & drinks, etc. A great place to vacation! Wow, this was the most wonderful place we have stayed so far. We had a fantastic vacation. The complex has so much to offer and the unit was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. My wife & two children came to stay at Sue & Dale's condo. The complex had everthing that we wanted. Our little ones used the kids pools & we used the heated pool. The walk to th beach was so close from our condo & we loved watching our kids play in the crystal white sand. The condo was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Everything just sparkled. The entire condo has been remodeled & you could certainly tell it. The price was incredible! There is not a hotel for over 100 miles with these prices. They had 24 hour guard service & the complex was extremely clean. It had a partiall view of the beach but that didn't bother us because the condo was so clean & the price was just right for our budget & we were not in the condo very much anyway other than to sleep in their very comfortable beds. We loved having a snack shop right next to their pools & the restrooms were right there beside the pools.Tthat saved us a lot of trips back to the condo with kids & them also wanting snacks.
