Great House in Livingston!
Great House in Livingston!
My family and I stayed at Belle Maison for a week in late July. We were in Livingston to fly fish, hike and take in the wonderful outdoor scenery. Belle Maison was a centrally located, comfortable house that met our needs perfectly. We especially liked the open floor plan on the main level, the spacious side yard and the master suite that was separated from the other bedrooms. Although the house was not air conditioned, by using the ceiling fans located in most rooms and opening the windows during the coolest parts of the day, we were able to keep the temperature in the house comfortable. Some of the windows on the main levle were a bit hard to open but we got the hang of how to open most of them effectively within a day or so. All in all, we had a quiet, relaxing stay at Belle Maison and would consider renting the property again should we find ourselves in Livingston in the future.

Excellent Home in a Great Location!
Excellent Home in a Great Location!
We stayed at Belle Maison for 2 weeks in the summer of 2011 and had an amazing time. Our host, Rebecca made sure that we had everything that we needed and did an amazing job remodeling this home. The location is ideal, within walking distance to downtown, the park, farmers market, Mark's In & Out, the grocery store, etc. We would highly recommend this house to anybody looking to stay in Livingston and are planning to come back again.

Was the perfect spot for a group of relatives converging on Livingston for a wedding from all corners of US. Picture perfect weekend. The house has been beautifully restored. Descriptions are very accurate. Great location - could easily walk to downtown spots, park, grocery. Enjoyed afternoon lunch at Mustang, wonderful dinner at The Sport and took a lovely hike to Pine Creek Falls in Paradise Valley.

"Fantastic home, would definitely stay here again!!" The house was really great! Beautifully renovated and very charming... bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Everything was so comfortable, down to the nice linens. It was such a treat to have a stocked kitchen, such as coffee, zip locks bags, and anything you could really need. The yard looked amazing, although we didn't get to enjoy it due to the weather. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

About the owner: Rebecca Hintze has been a resident of Montana for over 15 years, however, she first fell in love with Montana over 30 years ago, and spent every minute of vacation time in Montana, until she could finally move here. In the early 90’s, she purchased property in the Bitterroot Valley, when ordinary folks could still buy land in Montana…and somehow ended up living in her dream log home just west of Livingston. She has another vacation rental, Blue Moon Cabin, which she has been successfully renting to happy Montana vacationers for 6 plus years. If you have questions about Montana and/or your stay here, Rebecca is happy to speak with you about this. Rebecca works as a Physician Assistant at Livingston's Community Health Partners. She also guides trips to Bhutan and recently returned from Vietnam and Cambodia. Although she loves to travel, nothing could make her more happy than coming home to Montana!
Why the Owner Chose Livingston:
I have worked in Livingston for over 10 years, and fell in love with this house when it was pretty much a wreck. I spent 3 years with the help of many others creating what Belle Maison is today.
