This house was in poor shape. The hot tub was not functional and either was the jacuzzi tub with jets. The cabinets in kitchen were falling off hindges and there was only one pot and pan when we first arrived. The doors of all the bedrooms have slates through them so it is a very noisy house and not conducive to families with kids (ie: when one child wakes up, there is no place to bring them so as not to wake everyone up.) The beaches were great and I would go back to Marco Island but not to this house.

Manager response: Karen, We're sorry you had a bad experience at this house. We have 5 houses in Marco and always choose to stay at this house when we come down. The Hot Tub is fairly new. The pool contractor subsequently called us and said that he made a mistake which caused it not to work. It is working now, but unfortunately you had to endure a couple of days with it not working.
