As you walk up the steps to this Key West Style home you will feel what Florida living is all about. Waterfront home has a heated pool as well as a dock you can fish off or bring your boat and have direct access out to the waterways. This lovely four bedroom two bath home has every amenity you can possibly think of. TV's, DVD player, VCR, stereo and CD player and wireless internet for those who absolutely take a working vacation. There are board games, toys and activities for children, and a pak n play crib so you don't have to bring yours. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest bedrooms have two queen beds and one bedroom has a set of twin beds. There is also a gas grill on the deck for your use so you don't spend to much time in the kitchen.

This house was in poor shape. The hot tub was not functional and either was the jacuzzi tub with jets. The cabinets in kitchen were falling off hindges and there was only one pot and pan when we first arrived. The doors of all the bedrooms have slates through them so it is a very noisy house and not conducive to families with kids (ie: when one child wakes up, there is no place to bring them so as not to wake everyone up.) The beaches were great and I would go back to Marco Island but not to this house.
Owner response:Karen, We're sorry you had a bad experience at this house. We have 5 houses in Marco and always choose to stay at this house when we come down. The Hot Tub is fairly new. The pool contractor subsequently called us and said that he made a mistake which caused it not to work. It is working now, but unfortunately you had to endure a couple of days with it not working.
