  You really get your monies worth here. The condo is very clean, spacious, and well outfitted (especially in the kitchen, lots of nice pots and pans and spices). Convenient location right on the free shuttle loop. The only drawback was that you have to trot across the way to use the hot tub.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Our stay felt like we were home away from home! Everything was comfortable, in great working order, and thoughtfully stocked. The location was excellent and the views enjoyable. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

  We stayed here the end of July to experience the beauty and fun of our Colorado mountains in the summer. We weren't disappointed. The condo was cozy with updated features like granite counter tops and more than enough room for our family of four. Our kids loved the bunk bed (and that they could watch cartoons of their choosing from it). My husband and I also found the beds very comfy -- good mattress with nice linens.We mountain biked down Winter Park and then hiked it the next day (actually, the girls hiked, the boys chose to ride again). Had a great dinner at Devil's Thumb Ranch with it's amazing views. We also went to Steamboat Springs where we visited Fish Tail Falls, Strawberry Hot Springs and saw a bear, a fox, deer and a crazy chipmunk carrying a pretzel. Fabulous time made that much more enjoyable by our comfy digs and thoughtful owners (e.g. they emailed us to check on us during our stay and have a helpful binder of restaurant and other suggestions at the condo).

  My husband and I took our family to this property in June for a long weekend getaway. This property worked so well for us. We have a 4 year old, 3 year old, and a 9 month old. This property was set up very well for children including bunk beds, a toy box, and some kid movies. They also had a playyard, baby spoons and had brought in a high chair for the baby. The property was clean and I loved that it had so many beds and the 3 different rooms were nice for us as well (sometimes we would bedhop at night). The deck was great, we could eat on it and the kids could play on it. We could also see the pool from our deck, which the kids loved. It was also close to town, just up the hill so we were close to places to eat, Safeway, and gas stations. There was also a little park that we frequented in town that we had fun at. We also enjoyed the summer Winter park festivites at the base of the ski resort. Was a great get away for our family. Gwen also was very prompt at getting back to me and very receptive to our requests as well.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed here with our two young sons and it was great. The pool was right across the street, parking was easy, and it is on the bus line to the slopes. Wonderful unit.

  Being from Boston and having three kids makes it hard to take many family vacations. So the vacations we do go on have to count. That being said, are stay in the condo was phenomenal. After skiing it was great to come back to a place that had all the amities of a big resort (heated pool, gym, hot hub, basketball, sauna, etc.) but also had the feel and comfort of a home. The condo was completely updated, spacious, and cozy. The location was ideal as well. Everything was so close by. I took my family skiing, tubing, and snowmobiling that week. We had a great time and will stay there again.

  We have been staying ar various condos in the Fraser area for years and this is the nicest unit we ahve ever stayed at. Obviously the owners took great care in designing the unit. Great place!

  I stayed here with some friends and their kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was super comfortable, CLEAN and was represented accurately in the listing. They had everything we could need. The ammenties at the clubhouse were fantastic, kept the kids busy when we were waiting for it to warm up outside. It was close to the tubing hill and not a very long ride to the slopes and close to restaurants and grocery store. All in all a great experience and would definately reccommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Fraser/Winter Park.

  The place was spacious, exceptionally clean, beautiful upgrades like Granite Countertops, Custom Tile, Rock Fireplace, great matresses on King and Queen beds. Cable T.V./WiFi worked great! The gym, pool, basketball courts were also key for my children and I. Again, very updated facilities. Can't go wrong for the price or experience. We have stayed now in the Ski resorts for 16 years straight and this was the best lodging experience yet.

  What a great place to stay while in the Winter Park Area! I could not have enjoyed my stay any more than I did at this 3 bedroom condo in Fraser, CO. We had a amazing view of the mountains. The condo is close to the clubhouse, where I enjoyed a massage! The condo was not lacking anything, the kitchen was fully stocked, the place had WFI and cable TV. We did not rent a car, but got around easily with the free shuttle and cabs. We walked to the grocery store just down the hill. The livingroom furniture was extremely comfortable, there was enough space for everyone to hang out and watch TV. The three bedrooms were very spacious and the matresses were very comfortable. We enjoyed our time in this lovely place and would recommend this condo for a mountain vacation.
