This 4 Bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers master bedrooms on first and second floors. The screened in back porch features a TV and heater. The garage offers full refrigerator with a freezer. Gas fireplace, gas grill, fully-equiped kitchen, washer and dryer. Private garage. This home is ideal for multiple families with adequate space for everyone to spread out. TV in every room including a flat screen in the kitchen, family room and first floor master. Bikes are available at our home, as well as pool toys and beach chairs. No smoking and No pets allowed! This is a Friday to Friday Rental. Weekly ates include cleaning fee and pool passes.

We spent a week at this beautiful beach house in July. We had 7 adults and 5 kids all together, and it was big enough for all of us! The bedrooms were well-appointed, very clean, and there was plenty to do for the kids. Our kids ranged in age from 8 months up to 5 years, and all were happy with the games/movies/etc that they provide at the house. The Bayside community in which this house is located it also amazing! The kids loved the carousel and the playground, and we all loved the pools. The pools are incredible - there's the smaller pool with a toddler/baby area (perfect!) - this one is much calmer and less crowded. There's also the big pool with the splash zone area for kids. My baby loved crawling around on her own there, and the toddlers had the best time. Of course, if the ocean is your thing, that's only 10 minutes away as well. The owners thoughtfully provided beach chairs for everyone as well as toys for the kids. There's a grocery store (Harris Teeter) right as you come into the development. There really isn't anything that you can't get right in the development. The grocery store even has a red box for movies! We tried The Cove restaurant at Bayside- it's very relaxed and the food is good. The owners also provided a list of good restaurants to try if you'd rather venture out. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this house as a rental. They have thought of everything, and anything you'd want is at your fingertips. Enjoy!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We rented this property for the first time last year, and we will never rent anywhere else again. The community the house is located in is VERY family friendly, with playgrounds, pools, a carousel, outdoor concerts, sidewalks for bide riding, a dock to fish from - we loved it all. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space for more than one family. There are a variety of bedrooms with different layouts in terms of # of people they sleep. There are family friendly games and several televisions to chose from :). We'll be back every year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We choose to buy a rental property in Bayside because it felt like home away from home. As we love the beach, we also can spend days doing activities within the neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the sidewalks for safe walks and bike rides. We enjoy the open area for family games. Something you can not get when staying in downtown OC. We appreciate all the people out and about and the freindly atmosphere. The pools are full of fun with soccer,volleyball, basketball,indoor game room and daily pool activities. Our children love the carousel at the front of the neighborhood. The addition of the Freeman Stage since we have bought is a wonderful part our neighborhood.
