  Great condo. We thought it was more than advertised. Wonderful layout for two couples, especially since living room and dining area separate the two bedrooms ( each have their own bathroom and walk in closets.). The beds were very comfortable. If hiking, biking or golfing are your passion then very nice place to stay. Gorgeous golf course just down the road and beautiful hiking trails close by. The golf course also has a restaurant open to the public, they serve the most delicious salmon. Not able to give much reviews on restaurants due to diet restrictions we mostly prepared our own food, the kitchen is well stocked. We noticed there is no shortage of restaurants. Grocery store across the street from condo. The grounds and pool area very well maintained. The owner of condo very pleasant and accommodating. Jerome is a small mining town well worth the visit. We chose to take a guided tour of Grand Canyon. We used Southwest tour company out of Flagstaff, they picked us up in Sedona and provided us with a delicious picnic lunch homemade and a geologist for our guide. We would would not hesitate to recommend this condo to our friends or relatives.

  This was the first time my husband and I had taken a chance on renting something long term on-line and we certainly were not disappointed. Although the listing accurately detailed the rental's appearance and amenities it did not fully reflect how well maintained and beautifully decorated it is. The owners went to great length to make sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We particularly appreciated the park pass, hiking guides, backpacks and CD tour package that were provided. What a great way to get acquainted with the area! I would recommend this property to anyone travelling in the area both for the property itself and for it's proximity to all other amenities ( many of them within easy walking distance). We tried several of the restaurants in the village and were not disappointed by any but would especially recommend the Tara Thai and the Cucina Rustica. They are great places to unwind after a day on those amazing red rocks. Thanks again to Kim and Greg for leaving such easy, detailed instructions and for sharing their wonderful home with us. We hope to visit again soon!

  This nicely decorated condo has all the comforts of home for less than the price of most hotel rooms. Possibly the best bargain I’ve seen in all my years of travel. I’ve stayed at a number of places and this condo ranks among the finest I’ve ever stayed in. The condo is very spacious and having 2 full baths allowed me and my girlfriend to have our own “his and hers” bathrooms. The modern equipped full kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities and there were even a couple of bottles of wine in the cupboard for us to enjoy (please be kind and replenish the wine supply with one of your favorite bottles). There are TVs in every room with a large flat screen in the living area. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and there is ample closet space. Everything was very clean and the washer and dryer came in handy. The condo complex was well kept and quiet. I found the location perfect for our needs. The area around the condo is very nice and there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You can walk to Bell Rock which is less than 2 miles away. Sedona is only a beautiful short drive (about 7 miles) away. The condo has a Sedona address, but it is actually in Oak Creek. If I return to Sedona I would definitely like to stay here again. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a nice place to stay in the Sedona area.

  Spent Christmas 2010 in Sedona in this quiet and well-stocked condo. The owners were very easy to work with and accomodating. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and had a fire every night in the fireplace. Thank you, Kim, for a wonderful experience.

  We had a perfect time! Thank you so much for the opportunity, as we found the location to be perfect for Mountian biking, trail running, or golf. I cannot wait until our next visit. My only regret, was not to stay longer.

  This is a beautiful and spacious condo located near shopping and restaurants (walking distance to several). Within a few minutes of drive time, you are able to see all of the beautiful sights around Sedona, including the amazing Tlaquepaque center. The condo has two wonderful and spacious guest rooms, a cozy and inviting living/dining area, and beautifully remodeled kitchen. The condo development is peaceful, quiet, and within a short walk has a very nice pool to enjoy. Parking was conveniently located to the unit, and the stairs provide an easy access to this 2nd floor unit... which also meant no noise from above. The layout of this unit is perfect for a "girls getaway," which was what my trip was; and also great for family get-togethers... absolutely perfect space that allows a family to even include grandparents! Clean, beautiful and tastefully decorated- with two nice bathrooms and a porch that looks out on a canopy of trees. I think this is a great "home away from home!"
