  My husband and I rented this property for the month of March, 2013. The house is well equipped and well maintained. We enjoyed fresh roses from the garden every morning as well as fruit from the trees in the yard. The home is beautifully furnished, immaculate and very private. It is a fabulous rental property and we highly recommend it.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We stayed in this home for the month of February and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home is comfortable and well equipped with new appliances in the kitchen. We loved the gas fire on cool evenings and the very nice, spacious office where we could catch up on mail and other tasks. Most of all, we enjoyed the lovely, private garden where we started each day watching the hummingbirds as we ate breakfast. This place was clean, conveniently located and quiet. We would stay there again.

  My wife and I just returned from a wonderful month stay at this Rancho Mirage home. We met the owner on our arrival and he was very helpful in getting us situated. The home is stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was centrally located and very well maintained. Pictures really don't do the home justice because it was exceptionally appointed and very warm. We look forward to spending a month next year in Palm Springs and would be delighted if this home was agaqin available.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  BEAUTIFUL, PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED HOME WITH LUXURIOUS FURNITURE AND BEDDING. PRIVATE BACK YARD WITH G0RGEOUS MOUNTAIN VIEWS SURROUNDED BY ROSES, FRUIT TREES, SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB. CENTRALLY LOCATED IN A SUPURB NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED AND VERY CLEAN. THIS IS TRULY A VACATIONEERS DREAM! LANDLORDS ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO ANY NEEDS.

  We are snowbirds from Nebraska and rented this property from Albert and Sandra Paul for four months in 2010. The description is 100% accurate. We have rented different homes in the past and would have rented it again this year if we had not of purchased our own home. This home is move in ready with everything a person could possibly need. The home is immaculate with lawn care and pool service. Possibly the most enjoyable aspect was how accomadating the Paul's were to work with as landlords'.

  Owner response: Jim and Cheryl were ideal tenants, they had been coming to the desert to escape the harsh winters of Nebraska, relax, play golf and socialize with their friends at the Country Club. We are just happy to have made their vacation an enjoyable one.
