Come home to a large, open master suite with king size bed and a cozy queen bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which makes this an ideal vacation destination for multiple family's or couples traveling together. Fully equipped kitchen with every convenience from home you desire. You wont miss a game with cable tv and you can stay connected via internet, during your stay on the beach. This Florida beach rental has easy access to Gulf Blvd., just south of Park Blvd near the Seacoast Bird Sanctuary. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions; it is only 5 minutes south. Go 15 minutes north to visit Clearwater Beach for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from “Winter’s Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium, and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break, wedding retreat, your honeymoon or a much needed summer vacation.. Loved the view!! This is an end unit so you look straight out over the pool to the gulf. Everything was accurately described and it was clean but there are a few maintenance issues. No deal breakers but now I understand why the price is lower. We didn't do anything but go to the beach, eat in, read, watch TV and sleep. Perfect for our family. Postivies I did not remember or notice before I booked. - Provided 6 beach chairs - Washer and Dryer provided - we didn't test them. - Did I mention the view? Wow. Better than pictured. - Next to a Seabird Sanctuary (think a small seabird zoo and hospital) - On a quiet part of Gulf Blvd. Zero loud music or partying going on. Felt very very safe. Pretty empty in July. I would recommend this property for the view alone but be advised of the following: It's just a little noisy and well worn. - The building is 3 doors away from the Seabird Sanctuary so every morning we woke up to hundreds of seagulls, black skimmers, terns a few pelicans and egrets. A fair amount of noise we didn't expect. Came to enjoy and learn alot about birds. Black skimmers nesting area 50 yards down the beach. My teenaged daughters loved the pelicans. - The 2nd bedroom had a TV but was not hooked up to cable. All TVs are older. Didn't try the DVD players. - Beds and sofas are well worn but fine. My teenage girls and wife didn't turn up their noses or anything. - Icemaker didn't work. Kitchen is small. - Hard to figure out the shower hot=cold handle in the master bath. - Vertical blinds had several gaps in main room. - Every time the upstairs neighbor opened their sliding glass door onto the balcony (frequently) it sounded like thunder in the distance. I would go back and I'd recommend this unit to anyone who wants a great view, great beach access and a great price.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
