  My husband and I returned this past weekend from an incredible stay at these quaint and beautiful cottages. We spent our 1st anniversary there in a one bedroom cottage that was just perfect for our romantic getaway. The owner, Barney, was an absolute pleasure to meet and was very helpful in answering our questions regarding a future stay....YES...we are already planning a future stay SOON!!! The property was very well maintained and we absolutely loved being so very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1st cup of coffee each day on the front patio and then had another for our nice, leisurely stroll down to the beach.....absolutely perfect! We highly recommend these beautiful cottages and simply cannot wait to return! High priority on our list is to also return to the amazing restaurant Half Shell Oyster as well! Our service, food and the atmosphere there was another wonderful experience during our stay in Gulfport/Biloxi. We had so many great times such as the 2013 Crawfish Music Festival, lunch at Shaggy's, views of the beach and endless seagull feedings; however, #1 was absolutely our stay at the Beachview Cottages! I look forward to treating my precious husband to a little fishing (ok, ALOT of fishing) upon our return! I've never been saltwater fishing so I am quite excited about this myself!! Thanks to Barney for such a beautiful atmosphere that is just perfect for couples, families, a girls getaway and more!

  My wife and I just got home from a weeks stay at the cottages. We had a 1 bedroom and were very happy with our stay. Every thing was as advertised and very clean, beats the heck out of a hotel. If you want to party, this is not the place. It is very peacful except for the occasional train, that's gulfport. Barney the owner is a great guy and was very helpful to answer our many questions (our first trip to Gulfport) he was around alot keeping the property looking nice. It was sunny but unseasonably cool and I think if Barney could have fixed that he would have. This place made a long overdue vacation very relaxing. Highly recommended.

  Had a 1 bedroom cottage with EltonJohn tickets! Tickets could have been better seating, but for a last minute Birthday gift, it was fantastic and cvery comfortable! I really would recommend this place to all my friends! Thanks Barn

  I took my mother along with my 2 grown daughters to Gulfport for a little R & R during Spring break. We rented one of the two bedroom cottages for three nights and it was perfect for us. The view from our porch and windows was breath taking. We can not wait to return.

  We stayed for 5 nights over Memorial Weekend in the smallest unit of the complex. The unit was very clean on arrival. The kitchen is well appointed, but plainly decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner kept us cool during a record setting heat wave. The bathroom was small and somewhat awkward with little space to set your toiletries. We used the barbeque on the common picnic area which was a nice touch. Barney was very friendly and helpful when he met us on arrival.

  Traveled to Mississippi from California, with my Father and Aunt looking to reconnect with family and do a little research of our family geneology....Well, setting up our "base camp" at the cottages was perfect!! Barney was on site more days then not...more helpful than most Concierges at 5 star resorts....and definitely more personable...Loved the relaxed feel ......We would recommend to others ..... Thanks Barney!!!! Thinking of Ya'll as Hurricane Issac is baring down.... GOD BLESS!!! * Our research showed that EVERYONE is kin in Mississippi!!!!

  My husband and I rented this property based on the reviews....the beach is across two busy highways....a train track is very close and a train goes by at least twice at night and more frequently during the day...not to mention the property is on the runway flight path to the nearby airport....we had a problem with the refridgeratror making a noise....we called immediately and the landlord did not return the call for two days....the noise problem was never resolved....we left early and agreed to a refund....did not receive the refund...reported to the Better Business Bureau....the owner agreed we were owed a refund....have not received a refund....don't waste your money....

  Our stay was awesome!! Barney is a great guy and made sure our stay was perfect. The beach is only a short walk away, and it was quiet and peaceful. We had our two teenage girls with us and felt completely safe. The cottage was awesome, compeltely stocked and ready to go. The washer and dryer were a plus, and it was roomy and comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom, and it was much larger than we expected! It was centrally located to anything you would want to do; Biloxi just to the east, the coliseum and casino's are close; Gulfport and all it has to offer just to the west. A large grocery store and several fast food places are within a few blocks north of the cottages. We took a day and drove to Mobile, AL and toured the Battleship Park and Dauphin Island, only about an hour or so away. New Orleans is about the same drive to the west. The pictures just dont do the property justice. We will be back, and I am already recommending this property to everyone I know!!! Best kept secret on the Gulf Coast....5 stars all the way!!!

  The cottage was close to the beach and everything else we wanted to visit. The place was large enough and clean enough to thrill my five busy kids and mother. Grill in front was wonderful. All around good stay!!!

  We enjoyed our anniversary at the cottages very much. Every morning having our coffee on the porch looking at the ocean and every evening walking on the beach. It was wonderful. The best part is the whole faily was welcome.........our dalmation had never seen the ocean. Thanks for the memories Barney, We will be back.
