The home is in a quiet neighborhood with upper-end homes, due to this - the maximum party size is 12. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.

About the owner: Our family lives in a northeast suburb of Atlanta. We have always loved Lake Lanier. It took us over a year to find the perfect lake home (great water & dock, close to Atlanta, beautiful views, warm friendly home, flat large parking area and easy walk to dock). Our family and friends all loved the home so much that we thought we would open it to others to enjoy. Try it once, and you'll be hooked!!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This property has great water - large open views and large water area (very safe sight distance when boating), private dock (not stacked on top of each other), easy access to main water, short distance in boat to Lake Lanier Islands for golf, the water park, and sun bathing. Sandy beach area - great for sun bathing or swimming.
