  We rented this property for the three months, January to April 2013. We found the property pretty much as advertised and the house well stocked with the necessities for us to live comfortably. We particularily enjoyed the pool and hot tub, using it daily when the weather allowed and our granddaughters spent most of their short stay wet! The location, within walking distance of a Walmart and shopping centre very convenient with a variety of other larger shopping centres within easy driving distance. We also found the nearby YMCA which we joined for the gym facilities very helpful. On arrival, the property was clean and ready for us with the caretaker available and helpful. We left the property in the same condition as we found it on arrival. With a few questions about something on the property, we found the owner very helpful and responsive to our questions/requests which makes our enjoyment of the property more appreciated. We would gladly rent this property again and recommend it to any prospective renters. Enjoy!

  This rental home exceeded our expectations, with high ceilings, quality fixtures, and a great backyard. it was very clean, well maintained, and very well equipped. It is close to golf courses, hiking, and basic shopping. Owner and caretakers were all very helpful. Definitely highly recommended.

  This is a beautiful home and I would highly recommend it. We stayed for a month in December, 2011. We've rented homes before that advertise a "fully equipped kitchen, etc." and have had to go to garage sales or the dollar store for things we needed. Not this place! It has all the comforts of home. The photos on this site are accurate. They had recently installed a hot tub in the back yard that isn't shown. We used the hot tub every day! The pool was clean and well maintained. Shawn, the owner was excellent to deal with. The caretakers are awesome people. This property is a 7 minute drive from San Tan Mountain Park. I went horse back riding through the beautiful San Tan Mountains! The trails are multi-use and offer excellent hiking, biking and horse riding trails. I would recommend this site to anyone and hope to be back someday!

  I rented this home January and February of 2011 and was VERY happy with the accommodations. The home is new, clean and very well kept. Shawn, the owner was very helpful with any sort of problems that came up. One phone call to him and he made sure everything was taken care of. The location is out of the way and quiet when compared to most city locations. There are several great restaurants, Wal-Mart and lots of other needed shops close by. I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone.

  If you want to visit this area in Arizona, I would definitely recommend this property. It is a very nice home in nice neighborhood. It was very clean and well supplied with almost anything you might need to live there. We stayed for over a month as I had a temporary job in the area. There was a small private heated pool in the back yard which my wife and I enjoyed. It was very conveniently located to a WalMart and small shopping center which my wife could walk to if I took the car to work. There was also a Frys (Krogers) very nearby. There was a nice YMCA facility with a large heated outdoor pool within a few miles of the home which provided a great place to work out. It is not far from Phoenix. It was a beautiful place to be from late November through December with beautiful weather and beautiful sunshine (I'm from Michigan.). It was nice enough to go out walking for 30-40 minutes at a time without a shirt. The owners were very accomodating, easy to deal with and sincerely desired to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The caretaker/owners were very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I stayed there with only my wife and I in the master bedroom suite. There were two other very nice bedrooms which we didn't even use. The decription and photos are very accurate. The listing says there is an age minimum, but we didn't check in to that. We would recommend it without reservation.
