  My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing week there and were so pleased to find everything that we could have needed. A fully equiped kitchen made it easy to have any meals we chose at home, including Thanksgiving with our kids coming. I would highly recommend this type of vacation getaway.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Santa Barbara Oasis. This included parents, an adult child and two grandchildren. The house and grounds were well cared for and Eve, the agent, was always reachable and most helpful. The pool and spa were a joy; the kitchen was up to date and immaculate and the two washers and two driers kept us all sartorially sparkling! There is so much to do in SB but it was hard to leave this idyllic retreat and a treat to come home to.

  We had a wonderful time here! The home is wonderfully stocked and has all the creature comforts you would want. It has a great open concept and the kitchen and living areas have been nicely updated. It is obvious they have put a lot of time into the maintenace of the back yard. We spent most of our days in the pool. Make sure you get it heated, it feels amazing!!! I would definitely recommend staying here and may do so myself again in the future!

  We enjoyed the house so much, it was hard to get out and enjoy Santa Barbara. The backyard was wonderful everything you can possibly want for a vacation home. The beds were very cozy, I slept like a baby. I would love to come back next year, maybe around the 4th of July!

  I had a girls getaway weekend here (6 girls, ages 30+) and we all wished we had more time to spend in this house. The house looked even better than in the photos, and it definitely was an oasis to just relax and spend quality time together. The horse theme was definitely unique, but overall, the location, decor, space, price, and amenities were top-notch. Plus it was very easy to get in touch with Eve when needed. Highly recommend!!

  When me and my friends walked in, we were instantly impressed with the home....Nicely decorated, well lit, and a very nice modern look. The Backyard was equally amazing....very open alot of room to sit, and Jacuzzi was great. Amazing neighborhood. We played some loud music at times and no complaints. Eve was very accommodating and even had snacks and goodies waiting for us when we got there. Eve thank you so much, and we will most definitely be back. I recommend this to everyone.

  My family and I stayed in over ten properties while on holiday in the USA in Summer 2011. This was among the best we stayed at and was the most enjoyable. The property is excellently designed and furnished. The fixtures & fittings are of high quality. The garden is a delight. It is within a short drive of both town and the beach. The agent looking after the property was simply the best. She visited us on check-in to explain how things worked. Her recommendations on what to see, eat & do were so good, that we are determined to come back and do it all again. Our only regret - we did not stay long enough.

  This house is excellent for a family, 3 couples or a girls getaway. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The backyard is spectacular and very large with 4 distinct sitting and eating areas. The waterfall is relaxing and at night there is a heat lamp to stay warm while you enjoy a glass of wine under the stars. The price is right! I am a tough customer to please and I was very pleased! . W/D front loaders, chef quality stove and range, great dishwasher...it is all great! And the showers are strong and hot. There is also a small view of the water and mountains. The landscaping view from every window is amazing. The house manager Eve will provide you with the best knowledge of places to see, things to do and restaurants to eat. We will definitely return...
