Our condominium has an eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar, living room, two bedrooms (two queen-size beds and one sofa sleeper), and one bath. There is one designated parking spot.
This condominium is in a prime location in which you have some of the finest restaurants and bars. You also are in walking distance to see "Lucy the Elephant," the beautiful beaches, and many other attractions. You are very close to Atlantic City, Brigantine, Somers Point, and Ocean City.
No pets allowed.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of one third will reserve your month. A lease will be mailed immediately once your deposit is received. A security deposit of $500 will be due with your final payment.

I grew up in Southern New Jersey. Every summer when I was a kid my parents would rent a house at the Jersey Shore. I knew that the shore would be the best place to purchase a condo. Some of my best memories as a child and as an adult have been at the shore.
