We call our vacation home 'Branson Lakeside Lodge,' nestled in the Ozarks near the shores of Table Rock Lake in the Branson Canyon area. This house is truly the best of both worlds for this part of the country: near the lake with the tranquility of the Ozarks, yet only 10 minutes from Route 76, the Branson Strip, and Branson Landing with world class shops and restaurants.
Branson Lakeside Lodge has two separate living areas. There is a Great Room on the main level, with vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, and comfy Lazyboy furniture; this is a nice place for the adults to relax, visit, read a book, or watch some TV. The downstairs living area is a wonderful place for the kids to hang out. This living area has a 55' HDTV with Wii video console and some games to play on those rainy days.
The kitchen and dining area is sure to please for those big family meals. With table service for 18 people, seating for 14 at the Oak Dining Room Table and Kitchen Island, and a high chair for the little one, there is plenty of room for everyone to gather around the dinner table. What a good time to share stories from the day on the lake or at one of Branson's many attractions. The kitchen is completely furnished with pots, pans, and appliances. We have provided some spices and basic condiments for your cooking pleasure. A gas BBQ grill is found on the upper deck off the Great Room.
The house has two master suites, each with a King bed, an HDTV, and its own private bathroom including jetted tub and shower. In the other four bedrooms there are a total of four queen beds and a bunk bed (Twin over Full) for the kids. A sofa-bed is available in the sectional downstairs.
Are you bringing a boat?? No problem. A boat ramp is just a mile away and your trailer can be stored at nearby Lakeside Storage for a small daily fee. You can anchor your boat in the quiet cove just 1/2 mile down the road or, if you prefer, rent a slip from State Park Marina (less than 10 minutes away). The house is located in beautiful Branson Canyon. There is a clubhouse available for your use, with a pool table, game table, some exercise equipment, and a beautiful view of the lake. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through most of September.
Whether you are coming to the area for the Branson Shows, to spend time on Table Rock Lake, to do some shopping or antiquing, to spend some time at Silver Dollar city, or just to get away from it all, Branson Lakeside Lodge is sure to meet and exceed your accommodation needs. You won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time at the Lakeside Lodge! The owners are wonderful to work with and they have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We had everyone from age 76 to 6 months old and they all loved the house, even the teenagers!! The view is amazing from the living room. The pictures of the house do not do it justice, it is so much bigger and prettier in person. The location was perfect as well, just minutes from the strip and to the lake. Thanks for everything!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We held a womens retreat for our church here and it was very nice. Plenty of room for everyone. The decor was welcoming. It was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. It was a wonderful weekend. We would definately use again. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Would definately recommend to everyone. This property was excellent, it has a nice arrangement of bedrooms and gathering space. The kitchen is well equipped and has room for several to be working at the same time. The location is close to Branson and the surroundings were beautiful. We cooked and housed 14 with plenty of room for all. The owner was great to work with throughout the entire process and would highly recommend this property for a great get-away.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Our recent stay at this property was wonderful. The home is nicely arranged allowing plenty of play area for all the grandchildren and enough space for all to relax and enjoy available activities. The bedrooms are nicely seperated and the kitchen well equipped. Because of the time of year, we didn't use everything available to renters within this complex and still were very content to just stay inside. Some of the family did venture into Branson for shopping and sightseeing because it was so accessible. There were 7 children and 7 adults at the home and still could have accomodated more comfortably. This house was perfect for our family reunion. The house is very well appointed and lent it self well to relaxing, visiting and meal times with our large group. The downstairs family room was perfect for additional space and game time. Plenty of space throught out the house allowed for a very comfortable feel. The homes location was perfect for getting out on the lake or into Branson in minutes.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

About the owner: This vacation home is owned by Hal & Jo Bender and Rod & Jenny Sweeney. Hal is a pastor of a Lutheran Church and Jo is an Administrative Assistant, and accompanies the choir. Hal and Jo have five children and enjoy time spent with the family. Rod & Jenny Sweeney are both accountants; they have two girls. They also enjoy vacationing with their family and extended family.

We just love the area of Table Rock Lake and the Branson area attractions. We have been coming to the area for over 15 years, are avid boaters, and there is something for everyone in the family from young to old. We have personally used VRBO to find just the right place for our family vacations. So we decided to purchase our own vacation getaway and share it with others.
