  Awesome stay in San Tan Valley.......Property was excellent and Dean was always helpful if there were questions.......Kitchen is very well equipped and beds were very comfortable......Dining room is enormous but we made good use of it for quilting and tying flies when it wasn't used for meals---most of which we ate on the lovely patio by the pool........Yard is terrific and we enjoyed some great sunsets and the pool at night is very pretty........Putting green was nice but hasn't improved my stroke!.....Would recommend this property and would definitely stay again..........

  What a great place to stay, we were here for a month and it was like a home from home. A well maintained home which was well decorated and nice and clean. Lovely pool and yard, plenty of pool toys available and a hot tub too! (although too hot for us at that time of year) we really enjoyed our stay here and would definately stay here again. Highly recommended. Dean was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and very helpful. just a little disappointed with TV stations. No local stations. Oher than that...loved staying here. ;)

  Very nice home. Staying here allowed us to have a great couple week visit with my parents and my kids with their grand parents. This was much better than staying with relatives in that we got to see each other for hours and hours but were still able to have some down time and relax. The pool is very nice - and warm! We've rented several homes at the Outer Banks of North Carolina in the summer and we swam more here in AZ than we ever have in the Outer Banks. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the grill was clean and we enjoyed several BBQs with relatives listening to the outdoor stereo. The neighborhood was very quite and located close to what we needed.

  Wonderful place. I will be returning in the future. Beautiful place, would recommend it to all my friends. Ambiance is great, love the pool and putting green.Very clean and well furnished. Was close to everything, including stores and golfing. Very well done Thank you

  We loved staying at the Meyer vacation home. Everything you would need was furnished. It was clean, roomy and so close to Fry's Grocery Store, Walgreen's and Wal-Mart. The backyard is to die for with the pool, hot tub and the 3 hole putting green. We had many "tournaments" on the putting green when entertaining company. Great place for golfers since the home is located on the Johnson Ranch Golf Course...sit on the patio and watch the golfers drive by in some of the cutest golf carts. A must is going to San Tan Flats, an indoor/outdoor eating place. Atmosphere there at night is fantastic, and great shopping malls in Gilbert and Chandler, a mere half hour drive away. There are many golf courses to choose from, all close by. Will definitely come back to this property the next time we visit Arizona. The owners are so accomodating and bend over backwards to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We give this property a "5 Star" rating!!! Tom & Cheri Gronoski Waverly, IA

  This was one of our best Christmases ever! The house is gorgeous and was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, plus a few things!! From pots and pans to pool towels our every need was taken care of with plenty of room to spare for us to unpack our own things. Our grandchildren were in the heated pool everyday listening to their favorite music on the outdoor patio speakers...did i mention central sound in every room? My husband and son had a great time golfing at Johnson Ranch, we saw the Zoo and Zoolights on Christmas Eve and found a charming church in Gilbert that had the childrens nativity and candlelight service. We enjoyed an evening of country music and roasting marshmellows at San Tan Flats down the street, took the kids to the movies and walked on mountain paths just to name a few of our adventures. There is absolutely nothing NOT to love about this house and the area. We were within walking to distance to grocery shopping, walgreens and other amenities such as hair, nails (we used Tony's Nails and they did a great job!) movie rental, etc. Dean was great to work with and everything was just as he advertised! We will (and have) highly recommend Dean and Carrie's rental home. We got back to Michigan just in time for a blizzard so.....we are already checking the calendar to see when we can come back!!   We had an awesome time and the home and yard was great. We spent a lot of time in the yard and pool and the couldn't have asked for a better family vacation spot. The home is large so that you aren't tripping over one another and well maintained. The home had everything you need to just move in with your suitcases and start to take advantage of all it has to offer. Shopping is close and the golf course is right next door. You can watch the golfers drive by in the golf carts from the first to second hole although the path is far enough that your privacy is not invaded. Your putting practice green is right in the back yard so you can putt before even heading out. Thanks again to Dean and Carrie for sharing your home. Would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

  This was a perfect home for our Az vacation. Five of us went and had lots of room with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Everything you could possibly need was included. Towels, laundry soap, shampoo, and everything for the kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The bonus was (being from Canada) the satellite tv, we could keep up to date on our current news and even watch some hockey!! The back yard was lots of fun for us with the heated pool. Very clean. The little putting green was great for us to practice on before we headed out for our round of golf nearby. Just a great home all around. Also nice location to shopping and groceries. Dean was excellent to keep in touch with from our first email to after we were back from our vaction. Very easy to get in touch with. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and I would highly recommend this to other guests looking to vacation in this area.

  We stayed a week in the hottest time in the summer and still found it quite comfortable.The pool is refreshing and the perfect depth for young children, our children learned to swim in the pool in the week we were here. The a/c is a definite necessity and works very well. Did not rain once the whole time we were here. The house is very close to shopping with an outlet mall just a half hour away and all the grocery shopping you need just 3-5 min from the house. The home owners are very easy to get a hold of and returned my email within an hour. Thanks for everything Dean

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed at this house in summer for a week and just loved it! The pool was refreshing and kept nice and clean. Had a blast playing on the little golf greens in the back yard. The house was perfect. We played board games on the huge table in the dining room and video games on the nice big screen television. The beds were very comfortable. All instructions given were very easy, as far as alarm system, getting on internet, etc., and I was always able to get a hold of Dean, the owner. He is super nice! It is close to restaurants and not far from the mall and Superstition Mountain. We are hoping to go back again next year!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
