The villa Alanca was extensively renovated an re-designed during the first half of 2010, the property is situated on the hillside. One of the big pro's of this modern vacation home is that ample space provided at multiple outdoor entertaining areas. The location is quiet and secluded, yet it's a mere 2 minutes drive down the slope to get to Orient Beach or Charming Orient Village with its casual Creole ambience at 'La Place Du Village'. The views at this property are absolutely stunning! admire the pristine, blue surrounding sea on 180° panoramic views and enjoy vistas of the entire northern coast of St Martin including Pinel, Tintamarre, Green Cay Island, Galion, Club O, more a direct view of the remarkable hilly skyline of St Barth's at the Horizon.
The pool side terrace and sun deck cover views to the north and the including Orient Bay, Club O, the Galion and St Barth in the background. the 2nd terrace is facing north and offers a direct view of Orient Bay Village, Pinel Island, Tintamarre. All out doors are furnished with comfortable New West Indies patio furniture.
The Villa Alanca is comfortable easy to live in and sociable. Alanca is a very accommodating open, bright and airy villa, ideal for hosting three generations under one roof. The villa offers also an excellent value for your money if there are 2 or 3 couples in your group. The interior areas with the air-conditioned living room and open kitchen will add to your comfort as a group. At the same token, each guest or couple retire relax quietly from the rest of the party, thanks to ample of space and the pleasant floor plan

My family and I arrived at Villa Alanca and stayed for 8 nights. The house is beautifully appointed and the view is absolutely spectacular. Philippe worked to provide our every wish and was there for us when we needed anything. The property is more beautiful in person than it is on the website. The cleaning staff was professional and did a wonderful job. Love the location - quick walk to Orient Beach and the beach restaurants. Also quick drive to the fabulous restaurants of Grand Case. Will be coming back for sure!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Had a fabulouse stay at Villa Alanca.The photos and description are spot on. It is a beautiful villa with amazing views. It had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Villa Alanca is exactly as described and in the perfect location in Orient Beach. The property is clean, well equipped, and managed by a very responsive individual, Philippe. I would recommend this Villa to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have rented many homes through VRBO and this was absolutely the best!!! The view was spectacular and the service was wonderful.
