  We couldn't have had a more perfect home base for our family reunion. Totally as advertised. Responsive to picky senior questions and needs. Well supplied, with room for all in gathering and private space. After a full day of touring, it was so relaxing to return to our comfortable nest, away from the noisy hotel strips. The amply supplied kitchen accommodated individual diets and healthy eating.Our every expectation was met ... and then some. If your are staying overnight in SLO, this is a must.

  What an amazing loft to base yourself while you enjoy the many things offered by San Luis Obispo!! It is beautifully decorated, spacious with so much light, and has an open floor plan that is so inviting. Everything is super clean and modern! The owners have done everything to make this into a beautiful home! You cannot go wrong by this wonderful rental! Thank you Josh and Stephanie for a fantastic experience in San Luis Obispo!

  We had a wonderful reunion in this loft unit in San Luis Obispo over Thanksgiving. It's beautiful, spacious, and well appointed--everything you could possibly need. My family and I cooked our Thanksgiving feast in this dream kitchen, having gotten our food and supplies from Food 4 Less and Trader Joe's, literally across the street. The large table and four seats at the bar gave us room for everyone, and with four bedrooms, we had plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the huge flat screen TV, w/ ample couch space for lounging and watching. Being on the second floor, with one wall of windows and ample windows elsewhere, the views were fantastic. There was even a washer and dryer if we needed it. This is a fabulous place! My husband and I have done timeshares all over the country. This is our second VRBO rental, and I have to say, it's one of the best places we've ever stayed. If we decide to come back to this area, we'd definitely want to stay here again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this loft. I knew it was going to be a great stay, but it truly exceeded our expectations. We had 2 small children and were totally surprised by all of the kid friendly ameneties we found there (high chair, packnplay, toys, etc.). The property is beautiful and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed (and then some). We would definitely recommend this property for anyone enjoying the beautiful country there and would stay again if we ever made it back there!

  4 friends and I had the pleasure of renting this gorgeous loft for a reunion recently. Each of us were extremely impressed at how beautiful and luxurious this loft is, the photos don't quite do it justice. If you like to cook (like we do), this is the place for you, with a spacious, beautiful kitchen and all the tools you need included (also a BBQ). Yes, it is above a business, but it is a very private and almost soundproof location with a private entrance in a low traffic area, so that wasn't an issue at all. The owners Josh and Stephanie were very genuine and courteous and a total pleasure to interact with. I can confidently give my highest recommendation for this loft. My friends are already encouraging me to reserve dates for next year...we'll definitely be back!

  Took my family of 6 (all adults) to a wedding in San Luis Obispo. I knew the area, but had no idea that such accommodations existed, The unit is exactly as described on VRBO. The loft is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and easily slept six in the four bedrooms. Location is near shopping and downtown, and close to many of the central coast's wineries.

  We go with 2 other couples we've know for years and just LOVE the loft! The main room is so spacious and comfortable! We love to cook breakfasts in the lovely kithcen and everyone has so much room to have backgammon tournaments going on while someone watching TV, while someone else on the computer. It's great! We love having Starbucks and Trader Joe's right there, too! And so close to San Luis but far enough away to give you a sense of privacy. We plan to go back next year!

  The house was very clean and roomy. We had a small re-union with a couple friends and the place was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

  This is perfect location for a family trip. Very comfortable living space. We had 3 couples, one toddler & small dog. Everyone was comfortable. Pictures are exactly what the home looks like. Location is great. Trader Joe's and Starbucks across the street. Near freeway. About 10 min to Pismo Beach. Close to wineries. Owners were great to work with. I'd definitely recommend this to friends, family.
