We had the best time in Las Cruces and the property was wonderful! There were 3 couples in our party so for every bedroom to have its own bathrooms was really great. The owners must have restocked kitchenware because after reading the other reviews I wondered if I was going to need to purchase addition things for the kitchen but that was not the case. There was plenty of plating, cups etc. enough for 8 people. I also remember reading that the internet was an issue but while we were there we did not have any problems which was great due to I had work related things to take care of while on vacation. I will definably be back to stay at this property the next time we are in Las Cruces!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

this home has some very nice features,. excellent location, palatial bedrooms and bathrooms and a responsive management. on the down side the internet connection is terrible, some of your programs will not be able to reach the internet.. the internet is also very slow especially at night. there is construction right next door and all over the neighborhood..this will eventually abate. though there is ample space for 6 to sleep, the dining room table and the tv room will really only accomodate 4 people..best for two couples each of whom will enjoy a large master bedroom and a very spacious bathroom. stairs to the upstairs bedrooms could be difficult for seniors with hip or knee problemsRecommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Nice location. The kitchen was really under-equipped. There were so little pots, pans, silverware, plates, and glasses that we had to do dishes after every meal. It would have been nice to have had enough to only have had to do the dishes daily. Additionally, there wasn't any tupperware, so it was very difficult to save leftovers. Also, in other vacation rentals we have been in there is usually a supply of basic meal preparation things (sugar, flour, oil, salt & pepper, etc), so it would have been really nice to have them. The dining table only seats 4, so you must get creative if you have more people than that. The living room area really only comfortably seats 4 people as well. There are no curtains on any of the windows on the first floor. There was construction going on next door and because there were no curtains our privacy was very limited with construction workers coming and going all day. They also do not provide military family discounts. Overall, it was a good location and a nice house, but needs some improvements.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

This house is fabulous in everyway! Three big bedrooms with private bath for each bedroom made this house perfect for the three couples in our travel group. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furnishings were beautiful. I would highly recommend this house. It is truly a wonderful home and hope we can return for another memorable vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husdand & I, daughters and son in law stayed there for a week and it was wonderful. Found the home to be extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. The beds were very comfortable and clean and we all felt like we had our own space. I would stay there again. The only thing is that there were not enough seating around the TV for all of us. The one couch was not enough but we got by. We normally visited around the kitchen island. Thumbs up!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
