  This cottage is exactly as described. Great location near Main Street so you can easily walk to anywhere you need to go. Hot tub was great and one of the more comfortable beds I've ever come across. Check in and out was a breeze.

  The Arbor Cottage was a perfect little hideaway for our anniversary in Fredericksburg. We loved that it was so private - no shared walls! The hot tub on the screened-in porch was just lovely. We soaked by firelight and lounged on the porch. The bed, the furnishings, the little kitchenette, were all comfortable and enjoyable. It was a wonderful place for two people in love!

  My husband and I came to Fredericksburg for our first vacation without the children in 11 years. Between the check-in, breakfast certificates and central location - this was one of the best and easiest vacations I have ever had. We loved the Arbor, it was cute and quiet and perfect for the two of us. We will definitely recommend Absolute Charm to our friends.

  My husband and I wanted a quiet romantic getaway to enjoy his R&R. This place delivered! After over 7 months apart, this little cottage was definitely a wonderful way to spend time together and get away from the "real world."

  I surprised my wife with a weekend away and stayed at the Arbor Cottage. We were both extremely satisfied with the property and the privacy it offered. The hot tub was fabulous and will definitely be a big plus in the colder months when the fireplace can be enjoyed as well. My hat is off to the staff in providing a clean, romantic get-a-way that we were able to enjoy. We will definitely make this an annual event now.

  If you are planning on visiting Fredricksburg, this is the place you want to stay. This cottage has a private hot tub and a very comfortable and cozy setting.

  My husband and I stayed at Arbor Cottage for our 5 year anniversary. It was so clean and was decorated really cute! We really loved the hot tub! What a great addition to this charming place! We will definitely be back!! :)
