  My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at the condo. We were always catching the bus into town to see the sites. The pool was crystal clear and we spent a lot of time just floating around enjoying the sunshine. The condo provided everything we needed to just relax, enjoy a home cooked meal, or kick back and enjoy the amazing view. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  We enjoyed a great stay in this condo. The well-stocked kitchen, beautiful granite countertops and dishwasher made cooking very enjoyable. The condo is clean and well appointed; it is exactly as described in the listing. The view, of the bay, from the balcony was superb. We watched whales, sunsets and the evening fireworks. The professional and courteous staff made the stay one of the best. The owner is easy to deal with and quick to respond to emails and questions.

  This was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and this condo couldn't have been more perfect! It is at the same time elegant and comfortable. Two beautiful bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you could ever need, a patio which overlooks the pool and the ocean, a very sizeable living room and dining area,and internet- it was amazing! Our host, was incredibly gracious and very helpful with suggestions for wonderful restaurants, tips for places to buy groceries, cabs, and much more. The property is close enough to town that you can walk along the beach or take the bus- it is also very accessible to other areas such as Los Arcos where we went snorkeling. Our only regret is that we wished could have stayed longer. We were able to enjoy all that Puerto Vallarta had to offer and also have an incredible place to be at and enjoy dinners on the patio and beautiful sunsets.We plan to return to this charming city and will stay here again in a heartbeat!

  What can I say but that at the end of our stay we didn't want to leave! To start with the owner was amazing & made sure that everything was ready for our stay including installing a high speed internet router so that I would be able to access the internet from the condo. The condo itself is very large and in addition we left the sliding doors to the balcony open all day & felt like we were living outdoors. On the emence balcony which overlooks Beautiful Banderas Bay ( we actually saw whales breaching from the balcony ) is a wonderful table & comfy chairs for 4 that we used from morning to night. We started the day having breakfast on the balcony watching the sun rise over Puerto Vallarta ( PV ) and nights when we weren't going out to many of the incredible restaurants that PV has to offer we had our dinner again on the balcony & watched the sunset. Both the master bedroom ( which also has a sliding door to the balcony ) and the second bedroom are large & the second bathroom is designed so that it is ensuite to the second bedroom so 2 couples can easily occupy the condo and the beds were so comfortable. Just below the balcony of the condo is a 60 foot long heated pool in which I swam every day that we were there. Around the pool are very comfortable chairs & loungers where we spent many an afternoon enjoying the sun...reading etc. The Kitchen is a modern up to date unit with marble countertops, a large fridge and the best thing of all a dishwasher. All the comforts of home with many towels, sheets etc. The stereo & TV worked great but with all there was to do we never got a chance in 5 weeks to see any of the films in the film library. We did borrow some books from the immence library in the office upstairs & the office manager was extremely helpful if we had any questions during our stay. The staff that took care of the condo were amazing & maintenance was at a very high level. The pool was cleaned every morning & everything was spotless. We have been in PV many times over the years and this unit was without a doubt the best find so far. I would have no trouble recommending it to people looking for a short or long term vacation.
