This luxury waterfront Harborview Grande Condo in Clearwater Beach has spectacular views from your private balcony. Watch the dolphin play, spot a Manatee, and take in these therapeutic water views. Catch some sun poolside or walk across the street (approx. 200 yards) to the white powdery sands of Clearwater Beach. This is also within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the popular Pier 60. There is plenty of room in this 1800 sq ft condo, and you will like the comfortable bedding- King bed in the Master Suite, walk in closet and the bath has a soaking tub with a separate stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. Savor meals in the fully equipped kitchen with every convenience from home you desire. Enjoy the flat screen TV in the living room, and Cable in every room. Stay connected with Wi-Fi internet, and a washer and dryer is located inside the unit, for your convenience. The elevator entrance is secured by code and has an assigned parking spot, located under the building with parking for 2 cars. You will relax and be pampered in a private home that has every amenity you could desire. This vacation rental is pet friendly - only one pet is permitted per condo, must weigh under 25 lbs, and their is an additional $100 refundable pet deposit required.
Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from “Dolphin Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy wave runners, para-sailing, Segway, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. Make sure to go to the Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. There are several area golf courses, only minutes away. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. The condo is very large so plenty of space, it also looks out over the inter-coastal which is lovely. The lounge is comfortable, as was the bed. The balcony however is facing North East and does not catch any sunshine. The balcony floor and running track for the patio doors are stained and dirty. The bed sheets are nylon and showed stains, not good. The kitchen is poorly provided with utensils, no colander, no cork screw I left one. the kitchen knifes are blunt we bought a new one. There was no hair dryer when we arrived so we bought one before they delivered another 24 hours later. My family and I rented two units 403 & 801 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A few very minor things were missing (hair dryer) upon our arrival but these items were dropped by our door within a few hours. Management was quick to respond to emails and requests. The condos were beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Adults and teenagers enjoyed the condo and it's convenient location equally! We would highly recommend these units to people interested in staying in the Clearwater beach area. We were extremely satisfied with our entire vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The perfect place to stay. Walked to everything. Or rode the Jolley Trolley. Restaurants, shops, convenience store is across the street. The beach is very close. Large rooms. Our group of six was very comfortable. The kids got a kick out of the dolphins every morning outside the back balcony. Will definitely come back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
