You can't beat the view from our comfortable oceanfront home. We offer the closest rental unit to the beach at The Coquina, which is the closest condominium to the beach. A direct ocean front view from the living room, balcony and master bedroom is yours! Step out onto the private balcony and it's just you, the beach and the sparkling sea.
Beach Cottage Comfort and Stunning Views:
As soon as you walk in, you will instantly feel relaxed. Open the sliding glass doors and let the sea breezes and ocean sounds wake up your senses. Enjoy time on the balcony anytime of day--sunrise is especially spectacular. Decorated with original paintings and beach cottage comfort and style, the townhome sets the mood for a perfect beach vacation.
The open layout downstairs makes entertaining easy. The full kitchen provides seating for two at the bar and the dining table seats four more. The living room's furnishings include two reclining chairs, a convertible couch, and extra seating for family gatherings. The living room is equipped with a new flatscreen TV, cable, and DVD player. Reliable internet access is provided throughout the property. Downstairs there is also a full bath with shower.
Upstairs are two very comfortable bedrooms and a full bath with tub. The master bedroom includes a luxury king sized bed and provides a stunning oceanfront view and sea breezes through a large picture window. A flatscreen TV is here as well. The guest room is flexible with two double beds with new pillow top mattresses for up to four children or guests.
The Coquina - Come Find Out Why It's a Favorite:
The Coquina is a small, well maintained community with 42 residences only half of which are available for rental. It was built before the setback rules were put in place, so the building is really close to the beach. Guests make The Coquina their home away from home year after year. It offers a large sparkling blue swimming pool and a smaller one for kids on a deck with comfortable lounges, deck chairs and umbrellas. Four steps off the pool deck and you are on the beach! For a change of pace, watch the sunset over the Intercoastal Waterway while you grill your meal and dine on the upper deck. The condo also offers tennis and basketball courts, a horseshoe pit and shuffleboard.
Crescent Beach - Wide Open Beach, Never Crowded:
Crescent Beach is a quiet, tranquil beach and is the least developed of Florida East Coast beaches. It has beautiful soft white sand and a clear blue ocean. It is nesting ground to sea turtles, so stay on the lookout and you might see some hatch. Dolphins are also often seen jumping the waves in the distance.
Historic St. Augustine is Minutes Away:
Crescent Beach is just minutes from charming, historic St. Augustine. If you get bored from too much relaxation, St. Augustine, the country’s oldest city, offers many options for the more active visitor. You can take the trolley to explore the city which is full of history, great shopping and excellent restaurants. From our guest book: Sadly, last day of our vacation and packing to leave. We absolutely loved it--our little beach cottage. We loved the art decor. It was absolutely charming and so comfortable, but most of all the spectacular views of the ocean from everywhere in this place! We had a very relaxing and peaceful and fun stay here! Disney World and Universal studios, shopping, morning walks on the beach, collecting shells, sightseeing at the spectacular historic district and then last night our "seafood night" out. I have now stayed in this condo twice, and those experiences have spoiled me for all future beach vacations. I have stayed in very nice places on a variety of beaches, but I'd take this condo in a heartbeat over any of them. The location is perfect--right outside is a pretty, clean, relaxing section of beach that never seems to draw a crowd even though it's great. Take that nice section of beach and couple it with a place that actually feels like a home (it's clean, it has a friendly atmosphere, it is super quiet, it has a kitchen full of appliances/dishes/gadgets/etc., it has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and a great balcony right off the living room), and you have a winner. The owner is very nice and communicates well. I felt incredibly relaxed, and I highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property is exactly as presented. It is a pleasure to work with Barry the owner as there were no surprises. From the awesome ocean view to the pool and beach and the original artwork in the condo, it is a wonderful place. Our only disappointment is that this unit is already booked for February 2013!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

I stayed at this condo at the beginning of April and this place is fabulous! You are literally right on the beach, just steps away from the sand. The beach sand itself was a nice white color and the beach in April was so uncrowded that I felt I had the entire beach to myself. The pool and pool deck are super clean and so inviting with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The condo on the inside had a fully-equipped kitchen and all the appliances were on the newer side in good working order. The 2 bathrooms were clean and nicely furnished. The view off the patio was to die for! I meet the owner Barry as well and he and his girlfriend were super-nice. I can't wait to go back! :-)Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
