Kirsten, Can not tell you how great it was to be back at the loft. And will be seeing you soon with Hubby! The farm is as beautiful in spring as it was back last Oct/Nov for the beautiful fall changing of the leaves, Gorgeous! Your Loft along with surrounding farm, isolated from hussle and bussle, is as I've said before in Paradise, Heavenly. Was very happy to see Avery, Maggie, Jet, Domino, Cruiser, Bo and lovely Molly. And most importantly, You.! It was such a joy to be able to visit with you, this time. You are a very gracious, wonderful host and the Loft is beautiful, anmenities rival any 5 star hotel, serene, peaceful along with the rest of the farm which surrounds the Loft. You know I Love it there. Thank you again, for your hospitality. jerry

It was fun going to dinner and getting to know you two better. I have to say I have the greatest guests ever! Can't wait to meet more of your family when you return in May. Hope we will once again get to go for sushi, no wasabi, lol. Kirstin

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay! It was exactly the getaway we were hoping for. The farm itself was peaceful and relaxing, and the loft was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the dogs, especially Avery who was a delight for two city girls out of their element on a farm. She was a perfect little guide to the loft each night and would make sure we were safely inside before returning to bed. One of our favorite parts of the weekend was our horseback riding lesson with Kirstin. Kirstin was amazing with the horse as well as a very warm hearted person. At the end of the weekend, we felt very peaceful and restored, which was exactly what we needed. We hope to come back very soon!

Owner response: Melody and Harmony, it was so nice getting to know both of you girls and a pleasure hosting your getaway. I was honored to give you both your riding lesson and am glad you both learned so much about yourselves in the process. I hope if you head back to Nashville again you'll come visit even if you don't get the chance to stay here. Take care and don't forget lessons learned while on the farm. Kirstin

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with plenty of fun for the kids outside this is an excellent choice. The dogs and mud kept the kids busy and there are beautiful roads to take a run or bike ride on. The loft is clean with plenty of room for our entire family. Kristin is a great host that lets you enjoy your privacy and the use of her yard and animals like they were your own. Leipers Fork has good food, good music and is so family friendly, we also enjoyed trail riding which was 20 min away.. Great Family vacation spot....we will be going back.......I also think a couples weekend would be great as well. If you like something a little different than the normal hotel and enjoy the outdoors this is the place to stay.

Owner response: So glad you brought the family down south to the farm for your vacation. I saw the kids outside playing in their "wellies" in the rain and had to chuckle. Funny how city kids can get comfortable so quickly to different terrain. Glad you made it home safe and sound. Just holler next time you want to come down and spend some time, I'll gladly welcome you. Kirstin

The listing and photos were accurate. The property was well-maintained and as clean as a horse ranch should be. The owner was very helpful before, during and after the trip. Not only would we recommend the property to others we will be going back. It is a fantastic location for a nice relaxing stay and a good location for plenty of day trips in and around the Davidson Co. (Greater Nashville) and Williamson Co. areas. The loft itself was a pleasant surprise for the coziness.

I had a wonderful evening staying at the farm. It was a unique and lovely experience to stay in a place surrounded by horse pastures and beautiful country scenery. The loft apartment, despite not having a regular kitchen, was very well-stocked with tea, coffee, bottled water, and even snacks. All of that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Kristin! My wife and I almost hate to leave a review as we'd love nothing more than to keep this little slice of heaven a secret to ourselves. Sometimes, you just have to do the right thing though. We just can't say enough about the graciousness of Kirstin and the Full Circle Inn. It truly is a home away from home. This was our second time there and each time we leave, we leave completely refreshed and restored. The words cozy and beautiful just do not do this place justice. Romantic beyond belief has been our experience. We simply cannot wait to get back there. Leipers Fork is Middle Tennessee's best kept secret. Truly a historic small town with a community feel like none other. Enjoy breakfast at the diner and then walk across the street to Pucketts Grocery and sit around the fire, relax, and enjoy a cold (or hot) beverage. Live music and constant activity keep the village busy enough but not too crazy. What a great place for the family to spend a day or a weekend. Just can't wait to get back there...

It was my pleasure assuring that you had a peaceful and fun vacation away from the little ones. I so look forward to meeting them the next time you come to the farm. They will so love it and if old enough we can get that first picture on a horse, lol. Thanks for sharing with others how you feel about the farm. I know I feel that way but am glad to hear others also "get it". Be safe and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Kirstin

It was a lovely stay, and we are planning on a return visit in the spring. Love the horses and friendly dogs, and Avery I miss. We all thought how nice it would be to have a walkway from the drive to the steps. It would help avoid stepping in dog poo in the grass, especially when coming home at night. Also a little spring cleaning of the loft such as bugs out of light fixture. The little frige would go from cold then warm. The blow up mattress we had to put on strike, and the last night had to share a regular bed because it is so loud when you turn over on it, and the air was very cold in it. If it was replaced to a better bed it would be awesome. As I said we want to return in the spring. Kirsten was great and we appreciate how kind and helpful she was.

Owner response: I appreciate the feedback ladies and glad you were able to finally get away on your much needed girls trip. The farm experience may not be for you though in the future. It clearly states what is offered when it comes to bedding and I will not be putting in a sidewalk through my farm at any time soon. Thank you again for your feedback as I will get my housekeeper to do a spring cleaning as suggested. Kirstin

Fully met all expectations, based on the listing. Gorgeous country setting, spacious and well-maintained quarters. Kirstin couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating - she even set up, decorated, and lit a Christmas tree in one corner, which was a very warm touch when we arrived late at night. Loved visiting with the dogs and horses as well. We will definitely make plans to stay there again on future visits.

                  Year Purchased: 2002

About the owner: Chose this area to raise my daughter because of the beauty of the land, kindness of residents and peaceful surroundings. Originally from the northeast settled in Tennessee back in the early 1980's because of the kindness of the people and the beauty of the land. Life long horse owner/lover who likes to share her sanctuary with others. Providing a unique service to the middle Tennessee area of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is my honor. The only private practice in middle TN providing this service.

                  Why the Owner Chose Franklin:
Quiet, serene, peaceful all while being in the great outdoors and close to a major city. Could not imagine living any other place because of the surroundings, the people and the weather. Hiking on the Natchez Trace is right around the corner from the farm.

The Unique Benefits at this Barn:
Having dogs and horses at your finger tips if wanted or just to view. If not you just enjoy your stay and ignore them. Though Avery (border collie) may ask you to play over and over again. Having coffee on the deck in the morning is a favorite pastime. Many enjoy the energy here as it is so serene.
