I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend that was well deserved.The condo is home away from home, except it is more relaxing. The balcony is perfect first thing in the morning with a nice cup of java to watch the sun come up and in the early evening; if you watch closely; you can see the porpoise swimming by. I love it !!! Looking forward to the next time.

This property was better than I could of expected! The view from the condo is breathtaking and you are mere steps from a very private and clean beach and pool. Janet, the owner, answered all of my questions before, during, and after the stay extremely quickly! She never tired of answering all of my silly questions and was extremely helpful. The condo easily sleeps six and is very clean. There is so much to do because of the convienent location. Off season is a great time to travel there- 5 days at the end of Sept/beginning of October was very reasonable and the weather was fantastic! All sunshine and seventy-eighty degree whether with no crowds! I will definitely be back and wouldn't consider renting anywhere else. I would recommend this property to anyone! You won't be dissapointed and won't find a better bargain for the location!

Wonderful getaway!

It was our first time to Ocean City and we loved being so close to the ocean in this well-kept condo. The place itself was clean, maintained, and the owner very detailed and organized. The only thing I would have changed is the temperature of the swimming pool water - it was very cold (I don't think that the owner has any control over this). Other than that - a fabulous family vacation! thank you!

CHARMING OCEANFRONT CONDO WITH GREAT VIEWS

I just returned from a wonderful girls week in OC & our condo was the perfect pick.. The condo was so well maintained & equipped with everything you can imagine we felt like we were home. The charming & homey decor along with the amazing views & great location made our girls week away super. We were greatful to be single for a week but if you have children the landlord has toys, books & videos for all ages. Great reading material for adults too. The enclosed balcony with it's awesome wall of windows which open widely so that the sounds & smell of the ocean in front of the condo are right there. We drank our coffee every morning on the balcony waiting for the dolphins and they did not disappoint.. We got up early enough to watch the sunrise a couple of mornings & were the first ones on the beach. I mean you are right there. The pictures are great but don't do the place justice.. The location was just perfect for us. We were close enough to the action yet far enough away.. Every type of resturant you can imagine is around and very close to shopping whether you need groceries, souviners or medicine it's all right there. Every one in the building is helpful & kind, especially the guards. You feel so safe with 24hr protection.. The best experience was dealing with the landlord, she thinks of everything to make your stay perfect. She even sent us coupons, directions and a few hot tips about the OC area before we even left home. We were prepared. She's so accomadating, even managed to sneak us in a day early. I would rent this condo again in a second & as soon as the girls can all decide on our week for 2013 I'll be in touch with her again.

In our communications for scheduling her vacation week, we discovered that we were both Taurus; so I am determned to let Jan have the last word and welcome her return !

Wonderful stay again for the second year!

We went back to Ocean City again ths year and rented the same condo again. We had enjoyed staying at this condo last year with the spectacular view of the ocean and beach and we wanted to go back to a familiar place (like a "second home"). The owner has always been pleasant and quick with email responses. The balcony has always been my favorite spot. When I have to bring the baby back for her afternoon naps, I would sit by the balcony and could see what the kids are doing with my husband on the beach! Oh and not forgetting too we could see dolphins from the balcony!!!

Me and my family really enjoyed are stay. This condo was very family oriented. Janet had toys for lil ones, playing cards , movies for all and reading book. The place was immaculate.

Janet's condo is so cute and cozy and has easy accessibility to the beach. My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at her place and would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Janet has so many convenient things to use during your stay, the full kitchen and keurig were perfect for us! Even on rainy days my 3 year old niece was kept occupied with all the things Janet has there for her guests to use. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the drive to the boardwalk is short. Thanks for everything Janet and we can not wait until next summer :)

We loved this condo. The views were great and it is was easy to get to the beach and pool. There are restaurants close by along with the grocery store (all within walking distance). We saw plenty of dolphins each day! This unit was clean and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed their "own" room and sitting in the sunroom each morning watching the ocean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The owner is easy to work with and answers e-mails quickly about what may or may not be in the condo. I would recommend this unit for a family of 4-6 or it would be a great location for a girlfriend get away.

We visited Ocean City again and stayed in this fantastic condo. The unit was comforatable and we had everything we needed. We brought our grandchildren and it was so easy to go to the beach and the pool as they were right off the lobby. The staff was great and the owner made sure we knew everything about the unit to be right at home. The balcony allowed the enjoyement of the best Ocean View ever and just opening the generous windows wide allowed the ocean to come inside-additional living space for year round enjoyment-fantastic. We will be back and feel like we found the best place to come for our getaways..

Owner response: I have to agree that being responsible for grandchildren is the best and the most work! My condo is child friendly since I get my direction from that "age group" and I am so aware of safety-even to make the walk-in shower temperature friendly for young hands in charge and not to worry on their independence. I had a girls weekend and it was wonderful. The condo was extremely neat and clean. This is one of the few places that I've stayed that I didn't feel the need to use my Lysol. Very cozy and nicely decorated. The owner has thought of all the comforts of home for your stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony/sunroom and looking out at the magnificent view of the ocean. We even saw baby whales pop their little heads up out of the water. My friends and I will definately rent this condo again as it's the perfect location and type of condo we need for this time of year. I whole heartedly recommend this condo!!

I feel right at home at the Atlantis. We had fun going to the Winterfest of Lights. My son looks forward to visiting the condo every year. The holiday decorations were really cute.

We love the ocean view from the balcony. The beach is just steps away from the building. Excellent for families with young kids.We enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated condo. Feels like home away from home! The kids love the beach and the pool. The owner answered all our questions. We have everything we need in the condo. Will definitely go back again.

The oceanview was ablsolutely breathtaking!!! Very clean condo and excellent location. The kids had a blast and the best part of call they could go walk outside and be on the beach and then later decide to take a dip in the pool. The owner is easy to get in contact with and is always taking the extra step to make sure your vacation is a pleasant experience. Thank you Janet!!

This is a beautiful condo and views of the ocean. Very well maintained and equipped. We have spent several vacations here, always look forward to returning. Close to good food and entertainment for adults and children. The owner is so nice and friendly. She is always availble to answer and questions. Security is a big plus.

First Family Vacation

This was our family's first vacation and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean, comfortable and extremely welcoming. The ocean view was just beautiful and we loved how we didn't have to cross any roads to get there. The location of the condo is right in the middle of Ocean City, so it's a short drive up towards Delaware and down towards the boardwalk. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay, this is it!

My friends and I rented this apartment for memorial weekend and it was a wonderful experience. The view from the sun room was amazing. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. It was literally 2 mins walk to the beach which we loved! We can't wait to go back again!!!

I went to Ocean City in April and went back again last weekend. I liked it so much in April I went a 2nd time and loved it even more. This time we got sunshine! The condo was clean and bright. The furnishings were comfortable, the beds clean and in excellent shape and I got to watch the sunrise and a school of dolphins put on quite a show from my perch overlooking the Atlantic.I hope folks will think of this as a great way to save on travel time and money with the gasoline prices. I recommend it highly!

Owner was courteous and gracious. The unit is extremely well-maintained and clean! All amenities were just as advertised and location is just the right distance from all the congestion and high volume traffic areas. In addition to being on the ocean front, the unit is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, food markets, shopping, churches and more. The owner also provides the latest in electronics including an MP3 / CD player, DVD and VCR players and several flat screen TV's. The view of the beach and ocean from their enclosed balcony is fabulous. We will schedule more weekend and off-season getaways at this unit.

Wow is all I can say! This condo was right on the beach!!! The condo was clean, bright, and simply amazing. A full working kitchen, a large flat screen TV, a super comfy couch and a great queen sized bed and and two great bathrooms. At night you are lulled asleep by the ocean...sure beats city noise. It truly was the perfect choice. In the morning I sat in front of the large window over looking the ocean, having my coffee and watched th sun rise...what a way to start the day! Plus this condo was the perfect location, close enough to all the best restaurants and a great nite club right next door. This was the perfect getaway for us, a super bright and clean condo with everything you could need, 10 steps to the beach, a super location, and a quick trip from NYC. We are trying to book again in August! And one more thing...don't forget to order the Crabs! The restaurants around here are plentiful and the food choices seemed unlimited.

I really enjoyed my weekend vacation in Ocean City. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I loved the location and the view of the Atlantic from the sunroom was the perfect spot for breakfast and a glass of wine after shopping. The beds were really comfortable and it looked as if this beach home was recently redecorated with updated bathrooms and tile. I loved having a washer and dryer handy so I did not have to take dirty clothes or towels home with me. I would recommend this lovely beach condo to anyone wanting a long stay or an overnight getaway.

Our foursome truly enjoyed our stay at this property and the golf as well. Great views of the ocean, great location for dining and golf. Don't miss the hot roast beef sandwich at the Bull on the Beach (walking distance from the condo.) We highly recommend this property!

Once again another great time in OC! Love the fact that I can just walk down to the beach(passing the pool) and not have to worry about crossing Coastal Highway with my 2 children. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.Can't wait for my next time in OC!!!!!
