On the beach with panoramic views of the sea. Very quiet.
This apartment is less than 100 meters to the beach in a hill with dominates views over the ocean and mountains. From the home at short, easy, walk through private gardens will bring you to a beautiful sandy beach with pristine waters and views of the islands. There are not hills to climb or roads to go through. Peace and quiet all around… at least you decide the opposed: Only 20 kilometers will bring you to the famous Saint Tropez with its high society people, spectaculars yachts, movie actors, expensive restaurants, etc, etc, etc. The nearest town, Cavaliere (1 mile), is like a French picture small town with its charming Post Office which doubles as a City Hall, a town square where locals play petanca, the national French game, some delightful restaurants on the beach and also commodities as supermarkets, hair dressers, farmer’s markets, etc. Eight kilometers from the apartment is the beautiful town of Lavandou, more populate than Cavaliere but still picture perfect for a small Riviera Provencal town. It has been the subject of many impressionist painters in the XIX century. The “Petit Train”, the little train, stops in front of the residence (in season) and will bring you there through most beautiful cost side. Public service boats allow you to expend a journey in the nearby islands that have nothing to envy to the Greek Islands. Public bus stops in front of the residence (Toulon to Saint Tropez and further). However, a car is advisable.
Lots of activities, sportive or cultural, are available nearby.
The gated residence has very convenient features as laundry room, swimming pool for children, supermarket across the road (in season), a good selection of restaurants for all budgets, etc. It has a parking space for compact car and on site public parking is available too.
The apartment has a living room with French kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, separated WC, and bedroom. The terrace has a dining table and a double bed to sleep outside. The couch in the living room opens into a very comfortable King size bed or two singles. TV (Flat screen with French, English and German channels), DVD, CD player, DVD library. Air condition. Kitchen is small but very practical with stove, oven, microwave, freezer and refrigerator, etc. The bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a computer desk.
