  Arrived at the condo late afternoon of check in. Every thing was clean and the condo was decorated beautifully. The pictures of the condo were accurate on the site. What a great area to vacation. Beaches are white sand and clean. Saw dolphins while walking the beach one morning. The pool area is very nice and clean. Security guard was always around. Plenty to do or not too crazy to just sit and relax. The food at every place we went to was fabulous. DeSotos and Flippers along with Docs were favorites. People were very friendly. I would recomment this property to anyone and hope to visit it again next year. I miss my cocktail hour on the balcony already. Great view of the gulf.

  Great place. Everything is wonderful. High end amenities. Perfect location. Best pool in Gulf Shores. Our kids loved it. Right on the beach and everything you need was already there. Beach chairs, towels, even flashlights for crab hunting at night(the kids loved this). Will be back.

  This place has a very warm feeling of home.... Family and I cant express how amazing this unit is.... Pictures do no justice..... Cant wait to return... The View is Amazing and we saw dolphins while drinking coffee every morning from the balcony....

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  We ate lunch on balcony every day and only 1 day of rain all week. There is a cinema not far away with small shops and eating. We had a movie afternoon and afterwards went to Florabama and shopping. The condo had everything we needed and more. There are lots of things to do on the beach, banana boat rides ,jet skiing and( my favorite)parasailing . Thanks so much for sharing your condo.

  We really enjoyed our week stay. The building, grounds, beach and condo were very clean and maintained well. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance. All of the people we meet were courteous and friendly. Bahama Bob's and Steamers were our two favorite restaurants. Pier 33 which is a convenience store, is right across the street and the prices are very reasonable.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  We had a wonderful vacation right on the Gulf of Mexico. The water was so close! The views were beautiful from the balcony and we spent a lot of time there! The condo was beautifully arranged and was decorated perfectly. We took in some sites as well: Bellingrath Gardens and went by the Mobile Bay Ferry and Tanger Outlet stores and saw the dolphins and nature cruise in Orange Beach. We liked LuLu's and many other places to eat as well. Thank you for a beautiful condo--it was just as the pictures showed. We liked the great T.V. in the living room and the cable stations. The wireless internet worked well, too. All around, a great vacation spot!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  This place was very clean and very well stocked. Ocean House is located in a very good spot on west beach, very peaceful. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for a great vacation.

  Two empty nester couples--spent a week and found the condo to be very nice and in a fantastic location. Decor and TV's were great. Beds were a little hard for us, but we're 50+. Loved being on the top floor--beautiful views, but unit is first off the elevator, so we had some noise from other tenants as they exited the elevators to go to their condo. Pool is the best in Gulf Shores. Loved Gulf Shores--great beach and amazing food. We have already rented a three bedroom on the same floor (corner unit) in the same building for next year to bring our adult kids. Thanks for sharing your condo.

  This condo was great! Everything on the website describes it well. It did leave off that it is on the top floor....daughter wasn't too keen on heights! It was just situated in a quiet area, but still close enough to get to the restaurants. We ate at Lulu's down on the waterfront. Great food and atmosphere. Took several adventures....Dauphin Island and also Pensacola/Destin area. Pool at the condo was fabulous. We were down there as much as possible to cool off and enjoy the waterfall.

  We had a wonderful stay and hope to come again - that is the best compliment I could give anyone! All amenities that could be thought of were there and the pool was awesome for someone with smaller children. We could really relax with a 6 and 2-1/2 year old playing in the shallow end. We had a scare with the elevator going out the first night and it was tough climbing nine flights ... but it was fixed before morning! Never could get the Internet to work on my laptop but that may have been a blessing in disguise :) ... for anyone coming on Easter weekend, we had a wonderful experience at the Sunrise service under Perdido Pass bridge - awesome! Such a blessing. Thank you for opening your vacation home to us!

Spring rates 3/9/13-5/10/13 are $1100 weekly, and $200 daily.
Summer rates 5/11/13-6/22/13 are $1500 weekly and $250 daily.
Peak rates 6/22/13-8/10/13 and are $1600 weekly and $285 daily.
Late Summer rates 8/10/13-9/6/13 are $1200 weekly, and $200 daily.
Fall rates 9/7/13-11/1/13 are $800 weekly, and $150 daily.
Winter rates 11/2/13-3/10/14 are $750 weekly and $115 daily or $1600 monthly.
Tax is 11% additional; $100 cleaning fee
Parking passes are $20/each vehicle/week.  Renter to purchase them upon arrival.
