Our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath (lower) unit has long been a family favorite on the Newport Beach peninsula with return vacationers year after year. Located 1/2 block (4 houses) from the sand and boardwalk, this lower unit of our vacation duplex is within reach of the area's best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder.
The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom downstairs unit offers an ocean view from its oversized patio which has ample shaded seating and a new barbeque grill for outdoor family meals. All three bedrooms contain wood-shutter window coverings, ceiling fans, and are spacious, clean, and bright.
OUR UPPER 4 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM UNIT CAN ALSO BE BOOKED SIMULTANEOUSLY, if available (refer to listing #52561).

Summer Rates(Jun-Sep)$3000/week incl.10% city tax * $200 cleaning/linens
Winter Rates(Sep-Jun): $2800/month - 9-month lease (2009/10 booked)
An additional refundable Security Deposit is required.
To reserve a summer 2010 booking: 1/2 total amount is required.
Balance is due June 1, 2010 - cancellation fees apply
NOTE: 6-8 guests max/summer - 3 tenants max/winter
