  I stayed at this beautiful house for a week in February. Huge living room / kitchen / diner and comfortable bedrooms. The communal pool room (complete with piano) was a bonus! Location was great - easy to get to all the ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton) and only a short drive to the Canyons and Park City. Chris (the caretaker) was really friendly and helpful, but also discreet and respectful of our privacy. Definitely recommended.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  We hosted several family members, friends, and bridesmaids for our daughter's wedding in SLC, with the wedding reception in Snowbird. We rented both halves of this incredible estate. We slept 17 in comfortable beds. Showers were never a conflict. The ability to use both sets of kitchens provided excellent resources for meal preparation. All the sheets, towels, kitchen equipment and even spices were readily available and in great supply. The caretaker was a wonderful reassurance in the event any needs were required. As a summer destination, the house was comfortably cool. The area provided ample opportunities to hike the local mountain trails, run the side streets or simply take in the incredible beauty of the surrounding mountains and valley view from the house's massive front porch or upper deck. The house location provides easy access to the mountain resort destinations, shopping, and off-site entertainment (although the billiards table was a great source of fun). SLC and the airport are easily accessed. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief but memorable stay. This house is a great solution for hosting lots of people in an incredibly beautiful destination.

  We recently rented this unit for our annual friend ski weekend. The house is in a great location at the base of the canyon and very nicely appointed. We easily cooked for 12-14 people each night and the rooms were very functional. We had any questions or issues promptly attended to by the on site caretaker. Great value and perfect for a large group!

  We stayed in the house between December 18th and January 2nd. It was a very pleasurable experience, with a fantastic view of both the mountains behind the house and of Salt Lake City. The location was incredible, close both to the city and to the skiing areas. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, everything is clearly newly renovated. We will certainly come back next year, and recommend this house to anyone.

  Beautiful home with plenty of room for family vacation. We shared this home with another family and had plenty of room. This place is more than just a place to rent for ski vacations. It truly has all the qualities of a very comfy home. The bedrooms are large with great views. The family room and kitchen are great for large gatherings. This is just a short drive to Alta and Snow Bird ski areas where we had great skiing. We highly recommend this home.
