Surfside II is an oceanview home, with panoramic vistas of the white-sand beach and turquoise water on two sides, only a few steps from the short neighborhood boardwalk. It's so close to the water you can watch dolphins frolicking almost daily. It is also located only a half-mile from the beach described as the "most beautiful in the world" in 2002 * St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Surfside II is within biking and walking distance of the park's nature trails, scalloping, fishing, bird watching, canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling and bike rentals.
This First Tier home's ideal placement makes it feel as if it's beachfront...but without the high price! Very nicely decorated and maintained. A lovely retreat for your stay at the beach. A perfect place to relax and feel totally at ease. Surfside has three bedrooms and two baths. Bedding is one Queen, two Twins, two Queen sofa sleepers and one king daybed.
Home also has TV with DVD/VCR, new carpets, a full laundry room, outside shower and dedicated boardwalk(250' from house) to the beach. Located in one of the developments with paved roads.
Surfside II features a screen porch with swing and picnic table plus two decks. Both decks come with lounge chairs so you can watch the sunset. One deck is adjacent to the screen porch and the other deck is located outside one of the upper bedrooms. The master suite has a queen size bed and pull out sofa. One of upstairs bedrooms comes with a gulf view and two twin beds.
Whether you're the type who likes to do a lot of everything or not much of anyting, this is the place for it! Enjoy a breeze, nap in the hammock and a good book on the porch, explore the park, take a sunset walk, or explore the area's historic towns, memorable restaurants, and incredible scenery.
