Located in Bonita Bay, one of Southwest Florida’s finest communities known for its 3 large parks, marina, 10 miles of walking and biking trails and 2400 acres of lush landscaping. Enjoy the secluded preserve view from the large screened-in lanai or catch the free shuttle bus to the private beach club where you will find sun, surf, beach chairs, restrooms, shelters and picnic tables.
Our end unit residence is just a short block from the community pool, spa, fitness facilities and shuttle stop and just a short drive from amenities such as world-class shopping, restaurants and the fabulous Gulf Coast Beaches.
Our residence has a master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and bath with duel sinks, separate lavatory, soaking tub and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet and the den has a double futon and small office area. A second bath with tub/shower is in immediate proximity to the bedroom and den. All sleeping areas are equipped with cable televisions, DVR's (many DVDs to choose from) as well as linens.
The living/dining area has a fresh, modern look accented by custom stained-glass work and features a leather couch and loveseat, 2 accent chairs, large screen HDTV with cable including sport channels, dining table, and an abundance of light throughout.
The kitchen continues to feature the stained glass work as well as granite countertop with an eat-at counter and electric appliances, including refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
Our residence is completed by a washer/dryer room and a two car garage with room for one vehicle. Along with bikes and beach toys in the garage.

About the owner: We are professionals in the fields of accounting, finance and law. We enjoy nature and prefer to have the preserve view. We spend time cooking so have many items not found in most kitchens. We love the warm weather in the winter and the beauty of Bonita Bay and the private beach club to enjoy the sunset after a relaxing day.
Why the Owner Chose Bay Pointe:
We like the preserve view and watching the birds (and feeding them when there for long periods). The first floor is a benefit not to have to deal with steps. We are a short walk to the community pool, hot tub, fitness room and Bay Pointe shared books. The private beach club with the shuttle is a perk you will not find in most communities, works well when we have company. The convenience to the beach, shopping and entertainment is great, yet when we are in Bonita Bay it feels miles away from the busy streets.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have tried to make our condo relaxing and comfortable - not stuffy and pretentious for family and friends that have used our place. I am a stained glass/ fused glass artist and have made many pieces for our place to set it apart from the others.
