  My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to get away to celebrate our anniversary with our 2 month old. This property was just what we were looking for!! The house is truly amazing! It was modern and welcoming and had everything we needed to enjoy our time away. The pool/spa area was private and had just enough shade to protect our little one. The roof top balcony had great views and was a very relaxing place to watch the sunset. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this property to anyone. When ever we are in Palm Springs in the future we are going to hope that this property is available!!

  This home was incredible....beautifully done inside and out! The pool and spa give the home a real resort feel! The Great Room and kitchen were beautiful and the whole home just had a great feel about it! The rental was also an EXCELLENT VALUE, compared to the hotel we were going to book. The owners were so accommodating and the property manager was just down the street, available for any concerns. I've used VRBO before, but this was an exceptional experience....don't miss it!

  We had such a wonderful stay last year at this beautiful home that we decided to come back this year . During our first trip to Palm Springs we stayed at this fab home and was impressed with the spaciousness, the multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, and the endless upgrades. Nothing in this house was done cheaply. When we returned the following year, we were pleasantly surprised by the improvements that had been done to the house, when nothing needed to be done to the house in the first place. However, the changes made just further added to the luxury of the home. It is obvious the owners care about the house and wanting to make sure that the guests have an exceptional stay. We recommend this house to anyone who wants a first class stay.

  This home was exactly what my group was looking for! It is a beautiful home with top of the line amenities and fully stocked. The floor plan is very spacious. The pool is beautiful and the outside area (including the rooftop deck) made outdoor living very pleasurable during out stay. I can't wait to bring my family back and enjoy more memories in this fabulous home!

  My girls friends and I planned a weekend away and chose this home based on the photos, which as we all know, can be risky. Upon arrival, I was very pleasantly suprised! The photos of this home do not do it justice. Not only is the house a very comfortable layout for multiple families or friends, but the home itself is beautifully decorated, inside and out. There is no detail left un touched. Each bedroom has nice appointments, comfortable beds and beautiful linens. The master bedroom is perfect, with a huge walk in closet, TV, sunken tub, and fireplace. The family room is very comfortable, (you will never want to leave the couch), and the dining table is big enough for 8-10 comfortably. The breakfast nook is perfect for a small meal, the living room is inviting , whether it is to enjoy a cocktail, or curl up and read a book. The pool is perfect for entertaining or lounging, and the outside firepit is a great area to enjoy good conversation and unwind. Between the view on the roof top, and additional back patio, there was plenty of space for all of us. The owners have graciously stocked this home with everything you could ever need! The kitchen is beautiful and serves as a wonderful center to this great home. We will definately be back!

  My wife and I had the good fortune to rent this home in both 2011 and 2012 and would again in 2013 butunfortunatly it is not available in April. We greatly enjoyed out time in this home and home it felt like, the home is extremly well furnished, we were not left wanting for anything. We found that having a pool and hot tube in the front yard and a landscaped rear yard that we could havethe option of sun or shade anytime of day. The home also has a roof top deck which was a great way to spend a night looking at the lights of the city with a glass of wine in hand. I can not speak highly enough of the owners as any questions or concerns we may have had were quickly addressed . We will definitly be renting this property in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone. Lynne and Rick

  This house is first class all around, and as the owner of a guesthouse in Cape Cod I have high standards and expectations. It has panoramic views of the valley, and is close to everything, including prime Palm Canyon. The rooms are spacious, with all the amenities, designer touches, private baths. The house is large and all the suites are private. There's plenty of space to socialize indoors and outdoors, with large open dining, kitchen, living area, and a number of patios all around the house. The pool and jacuzzi are incredible, as are the gardens. I love this place and plan to go back every year. I've found a new home away from home.

  Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Palm Springs luxury home! It was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you could ask for. We were looking forward to a relaxing vacation and by staying here, that is exactly what we got! We really enjoyed the gorgeous salt water pool, hot tub, bbq, the stunning rooftop views of Palm Springs and the privacy of the home. We also can not say enough about the patio area, it was a perfect relaxing spot where we were able to enjoy the pool and read a good book! Another plus, is that the home is not only private and on a hill, but it is very close to grocery stores/coffee/downtown area. Our family had an excellent time and would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a weekend/week or month getaway! It truly was a home away from home!

  The house was better than we expected. The pool was fabulous and used in the day with the young kids (ages 2, 3 and 10) and the jacuzzi was much enjoyed by the adults in the evening. The house doesnt particularly cater to young children but wasnt an issue for us. Yiu just habe to be cautious of the pool since there is no fence to keep the kiddos away. The outdoor environment has an overall very relaxing ambiance. The kitchen was state of the art and used to prepare our meals daily. We had 7 people total (including kids) and we were very comfortable and did not feel crowded whatsoever. The house and outdoor grounds were well maintained and the pool was very clean (salt water I believe). Our host Cristina was very welcoming and the owner, Bill, was quick to respond to any inquiries and return our deposit following our stay. We're looking forward to returning next year!

  We were four adults who rented this house over New Year's weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is modern, high-end finishes and well laid out for a group. The kitchen is the focal point, leading right out to the pool deck, where we spent much time in the hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and conveniently located to downtown without being "in the middle of everything". We also had our 2 french bulldogs along with us, who loved the walled-in yard and the ability to go in/out of the house whenever they wanted. We used all of the fireplaces (3). The one in the master was perfect for when I had an in-home massage. The living room fireplace was on every evening, as well as the one on the patio when we were out there with champagne and board games. The photos don't do this house justice - it really is stunning. The property manager and owner was extremely helpful and accessible and wanted to ensure we had a delightful stay. Skip the tram to the top of Mt. San Jacinto - what a tourist trap. Beautiful views, but you are packed like sardines in the cable cars. I would definitely recommend this house to friends/family and will stay there again on our next visit. Thanks Rick!
