Whether you are looking for family bonding time or a fun golf getaway, Bear Trap Dunes will make your vacation complete. Located just three miles from Downtown Bethany Beach with convenient beach shuttles in season that take the hassle out of parking. If golf is your interest, enjoy a 27-hole championship golf course with an exquisite clubhouse and pro shop. The community also has two outdoor as well as one indoor swimming pool, state of the art fitness center and six Har-tru tennis courts.
While at home enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a large space for entertaining that includes a 36 inch flat screen TV, gas fire place, DVD/VCR player. For your enjoyment a 100 movie video library is available along with games and books for all tastes. There is also a separate living room with a 27 inch TV, DVD/VCR player as well as a computer with Internet access.
Downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and upscale master bath. All four bedrooms have a 27 inch TV with VCR or DVD players.
For your outdoor pleasure enjoy a large screened in porch with dining area as well as an outdoor deck with pond views. There is also a front wrap around porch that faces the park. This particular location is situated on a private cul-de-sac that gives you lots of privacy and space to create a relaxed and uplifting retreat while providing comfort, style and fun. What makes this unit special is it’s tastefully decorated.
Guests of our unit can also enjoy the numerous amenities The Village at Bear Trap Dunes has to offer. They include: a heated indoor lap-sized pool, championship-size outdoor pool, kiddy pool, large, well-appointed fitness center with Cybex-brand exercise equipment and free-weights; two saunas, and six tennis courts. The Golf Clubhouse features a first-rate golf pro shop, restaurant which serves lunch, dinner, and Sunday Brunch, and a fully stocked bar. The Village also offers a FREE Beach Shuttle to Bethany Beach, and runs from 8 AM to 8 PM every half hour from July through Labor Day.
Weekly and nightly rentals are available. Take advantage of our Fall Weekend Special: Four nights for the price of three (Thursday through Sunday or Friday through Monday). No Smoking and No Pets, Please. Check-in Saturday through Saturday for weekly rentals. We look forward to you being our guest.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the location is private since it's set back from all the other homes and has nothing behind it, but a pond. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. The home layout is awesome for kids too. Just a great place to vacation!!! Will be back again I hope!

This is, without a doubt, the nicest rental home any of us in our party have ever stayed in. It is clean, modern, comfortably furnished, and many small details were taken care of ahead of time, like the remote controls for each room labeled by room. The house has t.v.'s in all rooms, allowing the kids and adults to happily choose their own preferences from the video library, or just from cable t.v. When the gas grill's propane tank went dry, the owners quickly remedied the problem. They were attentive right away to that situation and other questions we had. The shuttle for the beach literally stops 20 yards from the house, and is completely free with the passes for up to 8 people. The beds are very comfortable and all the bedrooms have new furniture. I'd say for the money, you get a lot with this home!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thrilled upon arrival - super clean property. Comfortable rooms and beds and lots of space for 2 families with 5 total children. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Easy shuttle access with friendly drivers. The pools were perfect for afternoon swimming, especially the closer pool for our kids who are 6 and under. The grocery store was easy to find. There were lots of cool toys in the garage to play on the large lawn out front, and toys inside to keep everyone occupied. The grill was a great feature and the kitchen was well equipped. The only complaint was that the bathroom towels were small and thin, you might want to bring your own. The owners thought of everything and it made our vacation great.

This home is fabulous!! Everything you could want is there and right at your fingertips. You immediately feel right at home and our kids loved catching frogs and feeding ducks first thing in the morning. The adults loved having morning coffee while watching the wildlife and sitting on the screened in porch. We will be back year after year! Thank you Fern!
