If golf is your interest, enjoy a 27-hole championship golf course with an exquisite clubhouse and pro shop. The community also has two outdoor as well as one indoor swimming pool, state of the art fitness center and six Har-tru tennis courts.
While at home enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a large space for entertaining that includes a 36 inch flat screen TV, gas fire place, DVD/VCR player. For your enjoyment a 100 movie video library is available along with games and books for all tastes. There is also a separate living room with a 27 inch TV, DVD/VCR player as well as a computer with Internet access.
Downstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and upscale master bath. All four bedrooms have a 27 inch TV with VCR or DVD players.
For your outdoor pleasure enjoy a large screened in porch with dining area as well as an outdoor deck with pond views. There is also a front wrap around porch that faces the park. This particular location is situated on a private cul-de-sac that gives you lots of privacy and space to create a relaxed and uplifting retreat while providing comfort, style and fun. What makes this unit special is it’s tastefully decorated.
Guests of our unit can also enjoy the numerous amenities The Village at Bear Trap Dunes has to offer. They include: a heated indoor lap-sized pool, championship-size outdoor pool, kiddy pool, large, well-appointed fitness center with Cybex-brand exercise equipment and free-weights; two saunas, and six tennis courts. The Golf Clubhouse features a first-rate golf pro shop, restaurant which serves lunch, dinner, and Sunday Brunch, and a fully stocked bar. The Village also offers a FREE Beach Shuttle to Bethany Beach, and runs from 8 AM to 8 PM every half hour from July through Labor Day.
