Our 2 Bedroom Condo is in a 4-plex association. By land, its off of Hwy MM, down 1 mile on Shawnee Bend One. By water, its across the main channel from the Lodge of the Four Seasons in a cove at Mile Marker 11.5 There is a gas station and boat rental pier in our cove.
Our condo has a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk beds w/a trundle pull-out in the other bedroom. This bedroom easily sleeps 3 children. The living area is one great room that has a full kitchen, dining table and TV area w/couch, loveseat and chair. We have Directv with most every channel, a DVD player, and big windows to overlook the water. There is a large covered patio on the front that has a gas grill. The bathroom is small, but efficient. It has a nice tiled shower and the unit has all been repainted recently.
We have a huge covered boat slip you can use on the dock. Its 16x40 and I have yet to see a boat that won't fit in it easily. Its got a large swim dock to swim from with a ladder as well so there's great swimming right from the dock. Our dock extends quite a ways out in the water, so there is terrific fishing beneath the dock and all around it with multiple crappie beds under the wells in the dock.
Our condo is clean, but not gigantic. Its economical, but not turbo-fancy. It is in a PERFECT location on the lake situated exactly between Bagnell Dam and the Grand Glaize Bridge....easy drive to both by car or boat. This is exactly why we love this condo!!

About the owner: I'm Mark Bowers. I've owned this condo since 2004. I'm a full time Realtor in Illinois and we rent it out when we aren't using it ourselves or a client isn't using it. Our neighbors in the 4-plex are very good people and friends of ours, so we expect those who rent our condo to be good neighbors and respectful of the other owners.
Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach:
The location is the main reason we bought this condo. Its right in the middle of getting anywhere on the Lake by boat or car and its nice and quiet, so you can enjoy a nice family vacation without being hassled.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The fishing is tremendous off the dock, the cove is large enough to take the kids tubing or skiing in, but yet not too large where we get tons of wake either and the condo is in the main floor, so its easy to access.
