    Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful property that is very close to everything. There's a wonderful Tapas bar just a block away and a little grocery again about a block away with a larger QFC supermarket perhaps 8 blocks up Pike. There were some elevator issues but no show stoppers and they are in the process of replacing the elevators soon. Very friendly and helpful reception person - thanks Deb! and the neighbors all seemed very nice as well. Enjoy your time there. Manager responded on 1/30/2013: Hello Patrick!     Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was just what we were looking for. It was in a great location, within walking distance of most things and had all the amenities described. The only things I would change are curtains, not just blinds, in the bedroom and a place to store luggage before or after your stay. Other than that, it was just what we wanted. Booking was easy, as well. We would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was better than we could have ever imagined!!! We were SO excited to realize how close it was to EVERYTHING! We ended up walking or taking the bus everywhere, and didn't even need to rent a car. The place was very clean and the size and accomodations were perfect! This was our first time to use "Home Away" and we will definitely do it again; it was the best thing EVER!

Reviewer Comments: This apartment is right next door to the convention center and actually IS within walking distance of all major landmarks - we didn't get in our car for 4 days! I'm pleased to report that the hide a bed/sofa is very comfortable, so all 4 guests had a restful sleep. Julie at Sea to Sky was most accommodating and very quick to reply. We'd use Sea to Sky again and would gladly stay at 1403 Electra for an urban weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was in Seattle for a conference at Seattle University. The location was wonderful. I was able to walk to my conference and my husband and son were able to walk around the city with ease from this location. The views were lovely. Staff was very helpful in checking in and able to let us in early. It was less expenisve than the conference housing and much more room. It was also nice to have a kitchen (only used for snacks, cooked no meals). I hope to return to Seattle and would certainly stay here again.

We were surprised to find that the bushes hanging from the building across the street was actually part of a city park covering the freeway. Well worth walking over there. Also, we found an IGA grocery store between Pike's Market and the Condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent time at Elektra #1403. Having your own "place" in Seattle is an experience that every new-comer should take advantage of. The apartment was very clean, and had everything we could have needed. To confirm some of the other guests' comments: The hallway does in fact smell like smoke, however the apartment does not. The kitchen does need a pair of scissors! There is now an air conditioner, so we were always comfortable. The location really was great. Only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place and even less to downtown shopping. Close to the bus system, so easy to travel to other locations in Seattle as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Since I was going to a conference, it was super convenient to get down to the convention center and even walk back to the condo inbetween sessions. My husband who came along loved it since he was still able to do anything he wanted downtown or take the bus down to the U-Dubb area. Definitely would stay here again!

Turn right the left its shopping and Pike's Market. There is also easy access to the Capitol Hill area. Unit 1403 has an exceptional, next-to-the-top corner orientation with city views out 2 windows in the living area. We liked it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is a little small for 4 adult sized people but the location cannot be beat and the price was fine. My one real complaint was the quality of the matress of the sleeper sofa. We pulled it out and put it right back away - opting for my son to sleep on the sofa cushions instead. The mattress was so thin you could feel the coils easily when you pressed down with your hand. If you rent this property do not expect to use the sofa sleeper. We were provided with an aerobed which worked out well for my other son. The couch itself worked OK for a bed for my other son.

Walk to movies, restaurant, Pike Place, Pioneer Sq., Space Needle, Capitol Hill, Volunteer Park and the waterfront trail. Amazing views from the 14th floor in a clean, secure building. Only downside was the kitchen wasn't very well equipped. Good enough for breakfast & lunch but not enough cookware to make dinner.

The building and the apartment were clean and quiet and the amenities in the building were fantastic. i loved the roof deck. My only complaint was that the pull out couch was not that comfortable. Other than that, it's a most comortable and convenient Seattle rental.

Unfortunately, the hallway outside the apartment strongly smelled of urine. hopefully they have fixed the problem. We got off the elevator at different floors and there was no odor. If you can get pass the front door smell, it's great!

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was just what we needed...location was great to walk to tons of things (or catch the tram) and it was quiet so our small child could sleep without any problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment as a rental if you are in Seattle.

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great having a nice apartment, rather than a hotel room, for about the same price. Our only complaint was the quality of the hidabed matress.

    Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally, we were happy with our stay except for 2 issues. 1. The combination to the key box had been changed but we were not told so had to call the emergency number for help after numerous attempts to unlock it. 2. The area right outside the apartment in the hallway smelled strongly of urine. The apartment itself was clean but the smell was very noticeable. Hence, I would not recommend that apartment to a friend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best places I've ever stayed was the Elektra from Sea to Sky Rentals in Seattle ! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Seattle due to the wonderful apartment I rented at the Elektra through Sea to Sky Rentals. I was thrilled when I checked in and saw how nice it was. Everything has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. Nice kitchen with all modern appliances, a beautiful living room with a great view, a comfortable and quiet bedroom. And, the location was perfect. It's right next to the convention center and within walking distance of all points of interest in the downtown area. I'd really like to come back and stay there again soon. Thanks for making my stay in Seattle so memorable !!!
