  Nicely decorated. Convenient to beach. Close to town of Duck for shopping. Lots of room for large family.

  The house was very clean. The pool and the backyard gave us a lot of privacy and room to play. The beach is very close to the house. My only request would be to have a bigger refrigerator in the kitchen and a better grill.

  Great location. Plenty of room for all 18 of our family. So nice to have both the beach and pool. Also an easy walk into town.

  Great set up for a special event like a wedding. Plenty of grass in the backyard for a tent (for 50-75 person set up). Close to the beach and close to the town of Duck.

  The bedrooms were very large and decorated nicely. It was great with everyone having there own bathroom. The kitchen wasn't equipped very well with bowls or accessories. The pool was wonderful and so was the hottub. Overall we all had a great time.

  This is our 2nd year in a row staying at the Jewel Of The Isle. We love the house and the location. We had a great time, even though the weather was cloudy and rainy most of the week. Our biggest disappointment was the heated pool did not work on the last day. The water had cooled, so our 9 month old grand baby was not able to get in the pool on the the last day. When I reported it to the rental office, I was told the pool company would not look at it until Sunday morning, which was the morning we left. On Wednesday, I reported to the rental office that the rear sliding glass door would not lock. My grand baby's room was in the basement, which was my biggest concern. Ben came immediately to check it and said that the handle/lock assembly needed to be replaced, but it would not be fixed for a few days. He did install a pole so no one could open it. I loved working with Sarah at the rental office, and Ben was very nice. Thank you, Allen

  We had a wonderful week at the Jewel of the Isle. We stayed there for a week mid-July, and were married on the beach with a tented reception in the backyard. The house was wonderful, spacious. Many fine touches and close attention to detail, Bathrooms for every bedroom. Pool and hot tub. Close proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation!

  Our large group has stayed at this property for 2 years and each time we fall more in love. It is a perfect location with amazing accomodations. The property is well kept and has everything a large group needs to have the perfect getaway. We will continue to come back year after year!!

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  The house was perfect! Enough space for everyone, despite a full house. Location was great being very close to the beach and short walk to town. We can't wait to go back!
