In its 3 levels, it has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a large game room, two decks- one with a jacuzzi and the other with a ping pong table and children's play area, a new modern kitchen, cable television throughout, free Wi-Fi internet, and much more!!

Great House For Our Large Group!
Great House For Our Large Group!

We are a group of three families... six adults and six teens. The house was laid out great for our situation. A bedroom and bath for each couple, one on each floor. The room my husband & I stayed in (main floor) had a single bed in the corner and a trundle underneath the queen. Would have also been perfect for a family with small children... thankfully we are past that. The girls had a room on the main floor with two sets of bunk beds, and the boys slept upstairs in the game room which worked out great. There is another full bath on the main floor which was primarily used by the kids. The living area was nice... greatroom concept of kitchen, livingroom, and deck right outside. The table was big enough for all 12 of us to squeeze around when bringing in the patio chairs. No more kids' table! We enjoyed great converesation together! Our only suggestions are that a few necessities seemed to be missing. The first was wine glasses! After drinking from Coke glasses the first night the problem was solved with a trip to KMart the following day where we also picked up paddles for the ping pong table as there was only one and no balls. A cutting board would also have been nice but we made do without it. You might also consider a towel rack or hooks or something in the main floor bath. We made do by hanging our towels over the shower rod. The other thing we usually find in vacation rentals that was missing here was a few board games and reading materials. Nice to have a few things around, and some brochures of activities in Big Bear would also have been helpful. The other thing visitors might want to know is that there is a "power boost" setting on the fan in the kitchen. The smoke detectors all got set off the night the kids cooked dinner for us, and apparently an alarm to the fire department. They showed up after about twenty minutes and were very nice, but might be good for the owner to provide a number to call in a false alarm. Overall, the house was clean, pleasant, and perfect for our needs for a very fair price. The problems I mentioned are easily solved.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Loved it!! As soon as we walked it we loved it. This house is great for a big group and children.. The game room kept the kids very busy with all the toys, foosball table, and Xbox. House was very clean and roomy with many upgrades.. The kitchen was really nice with an open floor plan and was equipped with everything you can think of. We enjoyed having the outdoor patio for BBQ'n and of course the Jacuzzi was a hit!. This cabin was close to all stores, slopes and the zoo. I would highly recommend this cabin. We were very happy with it and most of all a decent price. I would stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Beautiful 4 bedroom that is ideal for large parties particularly those with young children. It is bigger than most people's homes. Game room with toys kept my 2 yr old happy. Very family friendly with childproof gates and clever door knob placement. WiFi was a very welcomed bonus. The house has been recently remodeled (judging by the appliances and his/her shower in the master bath) with such nice amenities that you don't expect from a vacation rental. Centrally located, it is very close to Big Bear Ski Lodge and close to Snow Play. Clean and welcoming I can't imagine that there is a better bargain in Big Bear Lake!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
