Welcome to fun on the beach. This beachfront SeaSide condominium is located on the first floor and has an excellent view of the ocean and beach. The interior is up-to-date and newly decorated. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, Coligny Plaza, water fun park and Van de Meer Tennis courts.
We have central air conditioning/heating installed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. The living/dining room has a regular size futon sleeper, cable TV/VCR, a new functional kitchen area, a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and complete accommodations for six. The private balcony provides a perfect beachfront view.
The complex of SeaSide features two pools, coin operated washer and dryer on each floor and covered parking with security gates. All linens and towels are provided for the guests.
