We spend a month in this beautiful apartment in the safe Gracia area. Nuria, the owner and his brother in law were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was recently and very nicely renovated, very comfortable and quiet , in a modernistic apartment building a few blocks from the La Pedrera and not far from La Sagrada Familia. We enjoyed our return to the fantastic Barcelona and we will be back!! Thank you NuriaRecommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband, 2 teenage daughters and myself spent a long weekend in this cozy Barcelona apt. The owner met us at the apt and was helpful in orientating us to the apt and the neighborhood. We found the apt to be more spacious than expected with lot's of small extras (throws in the living room, sugar, S & P, oil, coffee, etc in the kitchen cabinets for cooking and mirrors / wall art throughout). It was nice to have a 2 bedrooms and a large bath for the 4 of us. The apt is located in a quiet neighborhood with lot's of interesting shops and cafes. We were within walking distance to several tourist sites most notably La Familia Sagrada Cathedral. It was just a 10 min walk and there is a lovely park to pass through on the way. We ate breakfast each morning in the apt and cooked a simple dinner one night when we were too tired to venture out again. I highly recommend you check out this very affordable & comfortable apt for your stay in Barcelona.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was a great apartment for our first visit to Barcelona. It was clean and right next to lots of shops and restaurants. Catching a taxi to and from the apartment was always easy. There is a very nice little plaza just a block from the apartment where we would go for dinner or just to sit on a bench at night. Very safe location as well. The owner was very helpful with our questions. Only complaint would be the pillows on the bed were a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was a fun place to stay on our vacation.
