My husband and I and our two children just spent a glorious week at this beautiful Florida home. As a VRBO owner myself, I can't say enough how helpful, kind, and accommodating the owner of this property is. We all felt right at home, and every detail was taken care of for us. This home is located in a safe, upscale neighborhood - close to great shopping and restaurants. The pool was perfect for us, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable pool-side lounge chairs. Everyone had their own tv in their room - perfect for kids who want to do their own thing. Thank you, John, for everything you did for us. You were an outstanding host, and you can count on us returning next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: We are a a professional Couple, who purchased the property in 2006. We completely refurnished and redecorated the home to a current style with granite kitchen and stainless appliances....The Pool is privately located behind the home, which sits on a generous half acre lot in a very safe city of Atlantis Florida. Since we both work we cannot be there as much as we would like and have made it available to friends and acquaintances, who wish a very comfortable and special Florida vacation experience.
Why the Owner Chose Atlantis:
We had been invited to play Golf at The Atlantis Country Club a number of times; It is a great club with very friendly staff. The layout is different than many Florida golf courses and relies on trees and terrain to challenge the golfer, not water. It plays more like a North Carolina golf Course and offers plenty of challenge to a mid handicap golfer yet also welcomes kindly the novice golfer as well.......PGA Players gather here for FATHER-SON tournament in Late December/January, so few people leave without complimenting the staff on a great golf course.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
From Atlantis, we can shop in any of half dozen World Class shopping malls are nearby, we can select restaurants from Palm Beach down and through Miami. In our neighborhood, we have many great restaurants on the water with superior chefs, leaving all appetites satisfied at the end of the evening. The warm ocean is about 1-1/4 miles from the house and is located next to the Ritz Carlton, it is a life guarded beach with hygiene facilities. Theater is about 10 minutes away at the Kravis Center in Palm Beach or about 25 minutes away the Performing Art Center in Fort Lauderdale. In each you will see the same quality Broadway shows that are produced for Manhattan or major US Cities theaters.
