This unique villa features three gorgeous swimming pools on three separate levels, offering the ultimate in tropical relaxation. With the recent completion of a brand new, hotel-sized outdoor swimming pool and pool deck, enjoy splashing around in this deluxe pool featuring a cascading waterfall while surrounded by the lush, rainforest jungle and tropical gardens. A heated splash pool with waterfall is located in the game room on the lower level of Casa de las Brisas. A refreshing ocean view plunge pool, also featuring a waterfall, is located on the main level. Upon the completion of the renovations at Casa de las Brisas, this brilliant villa now spans across a luxurious 10,500 square feet. For an added bonus, professional chef services are also included in the price of this Manuel Antonio vacation rental. The gourmet chef will prepare two meals per day for guests vacationing at Casa de las Brisas; cost of food additional.
There are incredible ocean views from the entire living area and from the outdoor pool. This is one of the few homes in the area with enough sleeping and living space for groups of up to 26 people. In fact, at 10,500 square feet, it is the largest villa in Manuel Antonio. The living area on the main level is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate your entire group. The large gameroom with indoor pool and pooltable provide also has ample room for entertaining. The dining table seats 14 to 16 people. Perfect for family reunions or families traveling together. A jungle porch out back provides an incredible place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the monkeys that visit almost every day.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have full-size bathrooms with stone showers, two with jacuzzis. The home has two pools: one commanding the incredible ocean view out front.
The game room has a beautiful indoor plunge pool with waterfall and a regulation-size pool table. The large glass doors in this room open to the jungle outside. There are two televisions in the home equipped with cable. The main television is has a Bose surround sound system.
It has a fully equipped ocean-view kitchen in the open-air living/dining area. This area opens to the outdoor pool. There is also a separate guesthouse with its own mini-kitchen
The vaulted ceilings provide a cool and tropical feel to the home. Great attention has been paid to each detail of the home to create a tropical, yet luxurious atmosphere.
The villa is situated off the scenic coastal road between Quepos and the beaches of Manuel Antonio. There are many adventure activities to enjoy in the area including whitewater rafting, canopy tours, horseback riding, kayaking and snorkeling. Don't forget to schedule a couple of days for just relaxing around the pool or visiting the beautiful sandy beaches. A hike through the Manuel Antonio National Park is a great way to experience the true feeling of Costa Rica.
You will have a personal manager who can arrange chefs, babysitting, adventure tours, local transportation, or anything else you need during your stay.

A group of 15 of us stayed at the Casa de las Brisas in May of 2008 for my 30th birthday and I could not have asked for a better experience. The property was fantastic. It is difficult to envision from the pictures online, but it is a 5 level house with many of the rooms unattached from the main house. The property was very clean and included daily maid service, which also did our laundry. The property manager's (Escape Villas) concierge was extremely helpful and friendly both before and during our stay. The management office is located just up the hill from the house as well so was very convenient to access. The house host checked on us throughout the week and took care of our many needs. The best surprise was that monkeys actually frequent the trees near the house and we could watch them from the top level of the house, which included lounge chairs, hammocks, a covered wet bar, and an amazing view. I would recommend staying here to anyone with a large group. The 5 bedroom house can be rented separately with up to an additional 4 rooms added on, which are part of but not directly connected to the main house.

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation! Ricky and Val were so helpful and made our vacation even more relaxing. We definitely recommend hiring a personal chef for a few meals - the food is great and it is well worth the cost! This house is beautiful and the monkeys were a lot of fun. Thank you again!

Thank you for letting us spend time in your beautiful home! This has been the best trip my family and i have ever experienced! This week has gone by soooo fast. It's so funny to see the adorable monkeys. During our vacation we went on a canopy tour which has to be done. Swinging from tree to tree is so exhilarating! The land here is so beautiful! We plan to come back!

What can I say? This place is amazing. We had a great time. Fishing was good, rafting was fun, and the nightlife was exciting. The house is beautiful! The view around the house is awesome and the monkeys drove us fun-crazy! One actually crawled in bed with my cousin! We enjoyed watching the frogs in the pool! Costa Rica is a beautiful country with great people and we plan on coming back.

It's hard to believe that our week went by so fast! Sailing, Damas Island, the Park and Rafting - what a wonderful trip! This villa is lovely. Even more beautiful in person than online! The monkeys entertained us every day. This was our first time to Costa Rica. It was a land of enchantment with many treasures to see. We are so sad to leave.

We absolutely loved the house. The monkeys were so much fun to watch. There was a black out one night but it didn't bother us! We cooked by candlelight and still had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone at Escape Villas for the extra touches that made are vacation so nice.
